Horrible place, the room was dirty, smelly, ripped curtains, broken lamps, rusty microwave and fridge. The lady was cleaning the pool when we arrived around 11 pm and she waved from distance like saying "wait for me". She finished her cleaning task and then did the check in. I really hope she gave me the worst bedroom because I can't imagine how a worst one would be. Remember this number, room 126, it's a nightmare. We were very tired from traveling from Canada to Atlanta and didn't notice how bad it was until the next day. Don't go there, save yourself a bad experience and choose another hotel. $283 CAD for 2 nights, advanced charge on the amount of $150 for the stay plus $105 for the deposit, so at certain point my credit card was clawed with $538 CAD for the worst 2 nights of my life.

Very dusty, while it was due to the renovations, the room itself felt like there was way too much dust in the sofa and bedding.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I'm a senior citizen and the toilets need updating by having taller toilets. The shower didn't have any security bars.

The check in staff was very helpful and understanding. She approved a late check out because of how late we got in. Renovations are being done to the property so we had to take that into consideration. Didn't like how the staff approached us for check out. The manager demanded we check out without checking to see if we had an extension. Made us feel uncomfortable. I had to tell her to check the system we had a late check out.

Great value for the money.

Rooms could have been cleaner. Shower was not cleaned. Sofa and chairs need to be replaced. Must be under new management because I have stayed at this locations many times and it was never in this condition. Staff is still friendly and breakfast sill on pint as well.

The propriety is amazing and the woman At The front desk on 12 evening was amazing, if The hotel is a Little bit more clean and big pillow, for sure is will be a 10

It has great proximity to ATL Airport. The pool was foamy. The early morning attendant was very non-engaging.

The hotel is strategically located near the airport, making it very convenient for travellers. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the reception staff are welcoming and helpful. The complimentary airport shuttle service is also a great convenience. At breakfast, I was about to eat pork because it was not clearly labelled. Since we do not consume pork for religious reasons, kindly ensure that pork and other non-halal items are clearly identified to avoid such situations. Additionally, the curtains in Room 203 are old and dirty and would benefit from being cleaned or replaced.

Staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel itself needs some renovations as a whole, carpet in hallways were nasty, the elevator could use a wipe down, the carpet in the rooms should just be replaced with vinyl or laminate pretty nasty, the drapes had big stains not very pleasant to see, pillow cases had visible stains and hair
