The ac unit need to be adjusted in room 212 it could have been cooler

The rooms have roaches, the hall has a smell. There was no air in the lobby where you check in. The bedspread had burn holes in them. Then they charge $7 for parking but no one watching vehicles. This place has gone down drastically. For it to be so close to the airport it should not be this bad.

Please I’d like a homeless shelter sorry this place is so run down smells really bad the bedsheets need bleaching sad never again this place should not be on display

Elevator did not work for several days. Had to climb 5 flights of stairs. No housekeeping. And no AC.

Smoke ashes were in the stairwell, trash and ironing board in the hallway. The entire place smelled of smoke even though it was labeled as “non smoking.”

Dirty place and no seats in lobby or even trash bins. Smells weed everywhere, entrance is bad and dirty. Surrounding area vey bad and unsafe.

The bedroom was clean The lobby and elevator needs some attention.

Did enjoy the view from up top that was about it The whole building smelled like pot and their floors look dirty and in the room, the bathroom had roaches crawling everywhere. I had to put my clothes and suitcases over in the bathtub for fear of bedbugs or something. Will not ever stay there again.

Everything was Great. The pool was closed.
