Everything was beautiful… highly recommend

The hotel was phenomenal

Everything was so clean. The property was very nice and quiet. We have to be back in Atlanta in August for another Doctors appointment and plan on staying with you again.

I had such a great experience during my stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Everything was very clean and the hotel felt up-to-date. Loved the size of my room and layout. Will stay here again when visiting Atlanta.

The Courtyard Hotel was in an excellent location in the Magnificent Mile area of downtown Chicago. There was hot pizza around the corner and the train to the baseball stadium was next door. Pretty easy walking to a lot of restaurants, and busses and ubers are all over. The room was very nice, and large for 1 person. There was a safe, fridge, and a desk to work at. The hotel staff was very friendly. And the bar/restaurant downstairs was great for watching sports.

Building and room was very nice bathroom was a bit dirty with purple shampoo on the shower wall and grime on the shower wall. Rooms amenities are adequate no microwave. Great view and large TV.

Very nice hotel and was clean! I do wish however the water pressure with the shower and the sink was better and came out with more force. I would stay here again.

Clean room, Bar and just overall hotel.

the location of the hotel was perfect for our venue. the Bed was so comfortable. staff was nice. The restaurant was so good. The hotel was beautiful. The lobby alaways smelled nice. The hotel was super clean. The water pressure was pathetic!!!!!!! Our fist room the door did not lock and it took multiple attempts to get someone to come check on it. Asking for another room was like asking someone to cut their fingers off.

Cody at the front desk was unhelpful, rude and I’ve come to expect better service from the Marriott hotel chain. We won’t be returning.

Stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed my stay. Room was very well appointed, clean and very quiet; the only thing I heard was low level traffic noise that was not intrusive. The location is excellent: directly across the street from the Fox Theater and an easy 2 minute walk to the North Avenue MARTA station. The staff was wonderful: friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfasts at the Bistro were very good. Didn't use the parking so no comment there. Would definitely stay there again.
