Everything was fine and worked well. My room was really hot.

The room was clean but furniture was old, no fridge or microwave. Not a good value for the price.

Great location good service nice rooms
-
After complaining, we were fortunate to speak with a very nice and helpful staff member—not the manager—who actually listened to our concerns and moved us into the room we had originally paid for. That room was much better and more in line with what we expected. Unfortunately, the service still fell short. I called housekeeping numerous times to request that our room be cleaned, but I could never get anyone to answer, and the room was never serviced during our stay. Could not even get towels! I appreciate the staff member who ultimately helped resolve the room issue, but overall, the experience was frustrating. Based on the condition of the first room and the lack of housekeeping service, I would not stay at the Georgian Terrace again.

Staff was the best

Some rooms seemed to have been renovated a little while others are a little beat up, dirty walls worn furniture, etc. Most of the staff were nice. We booked a 2br 2bth on Expedia and were told that Expedia overbooks these rooms and they didn't have any available. The first staff didn't mention this and sent us up to the wrong room with our luggage, which was a pain, the 2nd staff I encountered was rude and sassy and kind of push me off to someone else. That staff member was nice and was able to correct the situation by giving us a bigger room but that room unfortunately was a lot more worn down than the first room we were put in. The furniture needed to be replaced as it was worn and dirty, the light was out in the kitchen which they fixed and the AC and fire detector made significant noise in room 521. The maintenance guy tried to fix it and the noise stopped temporarily but came back.

Two issues with Musta they’re literally was a homeless man that have been living in the stairwell of the hotel. I don’t know how long but it was quite some time because we found a urine bucket and clothes. I went downstairs to the bar to go get a drink and my husband left the door simply unlocked so that way I could have easy access when I came in when I got back up to the room the homeless man was actually in our room. He didn’t steal anything, but the problem with the hotel is that they do not have security cameras in the stairwell or the hallway to protect their guest in Downtown. Secondly I had to catch a 5 am flight so I checked out early around two in the morning. There was a young lady who was at the front desk and she was on her personal cell phone with the fellas language cursing non-stop because she had our phone on the desk and her head down she never even noticed that I was there waiting to check out. I got so offended not only by her massive unprofessional behaviour but I am so disappointed that such a beautiful hotel would hire such poor staff.

Location and great customer service
-
Great location. Across the street from the Fox theater. Clean big room. Will stay again. Highly recommend.

The room was clean and spacious, but my 1 complaint would be the kitchen's lack of silverware, and cups. I was able to manage with plasticware from the restaurant we ordered from but felt limited in ability to serve the family dinner.

There was no hot water in the morning for showering. My husband let it run for 30 minutes before I got in and it NEVER got warm. I was having surgery close by that morning and needed a shower before my arrival at the hospital. So, I had to take a cold shower. There was no mini fridge as advertised and no ice bucket either. The ice machine on our floor was also inoperable. I complained at the front desk in the morning and clerk offered me a $50 discount. I was shocked!!! That would not do. So, she did upgrade us to a suite for that night. The suite was nice BUT there are no towel bars for 2 people. There was a full kitchen, however, no utensils, and only ONE pan. The appliances were clean but sorely outdated. The valet service was perfect and the Livingston Restaurant was delicious. Good job on those 2 fronts.
