Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead

I love this place!! The rooms are nice and comfortable with plenty of room. The restaurant was AMAZING!! We also loved the made to order omelet bar for breakfast! Will definitely stay here again!!

Our room wasn’t very clean. There was dirt and hair in all corners of the bathroom and it was very obvious it had been there for quite some time. However, a lot of reviews mentioned bugs and we never seen any. I’m someone who is allergic to bedbugs and has a fear of bringing them home so I searched both beds and the pull out couch thoroughly before brining our items in and there were no signs of any infestations which was a huge plus for me. The inside of the hotel was also abnormally warm and humid inside during our stay. I’m not sure if that had to do with the layout, but I wasn’t expecting that. Overall, the hotel was okay. I can’t say I would return given other options in that price range, but it wasn’t terrible.

I had a very bad experience.

This was our second time staying at this property. Our previous stay was fantastic and this time it was even better. The hotel is within walking distance of two malls and many other stores. This property has become our go to when staying in Atlanta.

Wonderful location, place and staff!

Staff was amazing. The room was clean but had a wet smell. The ice machine on our floor was out of service. The hotel was crowded so breakfast was overwhelming. The location was excellent because it was close to everything.

They over booked and even though I had booked and paid for my room weeks prior , I was lucky to get any room at all. The room I got wasn’t a set up that worked with my family , but at that point we were thankful to have a room at all.

The hotel was great. Location nice the Ruth Chris restaurant excellent. Room even though old furniture the bed and space very nice. The only problem I had was the check in. When we got there at 10-30. A very nice lady at the reception told us that she would get us a room soon. So we went to have lunch at Ruth and Chris restaurant and we were very happy with the service from Zach the bartender. When we finished lunch we decided to go check for our room and there was a guy named John who besides being extremely rude did not even try to look for a room. All he could say was check in is at 4 pm. Then my son tried half hour later and still the same answer. He really didn’t show any common sense because the hotel is open so you could see the housekeeping team was finished making the rooms around 2 pm. So if this guy John wanted to accommodate us would have done so. Very bad check in experience.

Clean room, excellent location near Marta station and breakfast was a plus.

The room was clean but required touch-up paint near the vents and doors. There was mold in the bathroom tub corners and along the floor caulking. A faint, unpleasant odor was present in the bathroom before our arrival and persisted throughout our stay. It was clean except for the mold areas. However, it smelled like old food. The front desk manager was not friendly and was unpleasant; She did not look up to answer simple customer service questions until I had to initiate the conversation further. However, the other staff members were friendly. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff was pleasant. Overall, I would likely choose a different hotel for my next stay.

room was top notch. fresh with absolutely no odors. the staff answered any questions and worked quickly to check in guests. do take time to enjoy the breakfast, it’s phenomenal!

It is always good there. TVs struggle some, but it is still good.

John at check in was very very accommodating & informative. He made sure I was informed about all the facility had to offer during my stay.
