Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead

We arrived for checkin on 7/17/26 for check-in, valet took our car and they were alright. We were not greeted and waited for 1 of the 3 clerks to call us up, 2 were helping s other guests and the 3rd acted like she didn't see the line of guests forming). Finally a young caucasian male wearing a black tshirt, dark jeans, a gucci bracelet, glasses, w/o a name tag. He asked for the last name + ID. He located a room, said breakfast was included + handed the 2 keys w/ the room #. We started to walk away, I asked for directions to the elevators; he simply pointed towards the entrance. We got to the room, saw that it wasn't anything spectacular and turned down the ac to get some rest. About 30 mins later, the room was not cooling off + there was no hot water. I called the front desk 3 times from the hotel phone, w/o an answer, then called from my cell - a clerk answered only to "put me on hold + hung up". I went to the lobby, no guests being helped but 2 young women again acted like I was invisible, I told them what was wrong, one yelled into a walkie-talkie for maintenance to our room, the other added noted to the room. Duane, the maintenance worker was the BEST person we met at the hotel. He tried to fix the ac + hot water, asked us to find him if it wasn't better in 1 hr. Same issue, we found Duane; he worked for 3+ hrs fixing the issue. The next day, we found a dead cockroach in the bathroom + babies crawling in the closet. Was promised a new room, but that never happened.

We stayed overnight to celebrate our 37th year anniversary by eating at Ruth Chris and going to the Braves ball game. It was perfect!

The front person, a female, was not helpful when I asked for toothpaste. She told me to come back later after giving me just one packet. The way she said was very directive and rude. If I am missing toothpaste, I obviously need a couple, not just one. I felt very uncomfortable with her, so I was checking to see if somebody else was there to ask for toothpaste. I made one packet last for three times of cleaning my teeth.

Our room toilet was not working. We had to call maintenance every day.

This property was exceptionally clean. Staff was exceptionally eager to help to paragraph. I found this embassy suites to be at the top of the game.

Honestly, the staff had a difficult time due to Hilton corps system being down. I’m sure it was a stressful situation and I encouraged patience by hotel visitors still checking in. My issue abd concern stems from our room being double-booked after we got settled. We had stepped out to get a bite when others walked in on our two girls. While I know this was an accident, the security of the room should have been known even with manual processes. I do want to emphasize that staff was otherwise very enjoyable. I would stay again, but I continued to have concerns concerning our accommodations during this visit.

Everything about this hotel is great, given the price point. Recommended!

It was amazingly clean, very different than other 3 star hotels in the area. The only bummer was their Coke machine for breakfast was down and I was so looking forward to a fountain drink when I saw it from the elevator ! However, the breakfast was incredible and I needed water anyway. Called for my car at valet and was off!!! Thank you. I can't wait to stay again!!

I love the two room suites! Plenty of space for your family/friends. Great walkable location, clean and safe! Contemporary design and decor! Breakfast was good too!

Stayed for 3 nights for a Family Reunion. Worked out very well. Rooms were clean & spacious; all staff including bar were very pleasant; full breakfast included was good & plentiful & the omelette made to order was especially delicious. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend.

I really enjoyed the property location and the sweet styles. The complementary breakfast included with the cost of room is also an excellent touch. However, I do think the common area is such as the first or ground floor bathroom could be cleaner. Lots of them were not in service Sam had no tissue. Also there were visible signs of wear and tear on the wallpaper and in the suite bathroom there were plumbing issues. It took a while for maintenance to fix it maintenance fixed it and then the toilet became clogged again for the duration of my stay.

It was clean, convenient to nearby things, and super friendly staff!

We were there for a family, we had several rooms Staff did not disclose that we had to pay a $400 deposit for over 20+ rooms that we had booked at this location. Did talk to Tonya and she helped our family, and she was very nice. House keeping to took towels and did replace them call the front desk they never answer the phone. Had to go the front desk to ask. Just a ok stay

Continently located, clean and comfortable rooms

My room was so perfect. Staff were professional.

. Room was very clean and comfy. Nice carpet and furniture. No coffee stir for coffee pot. Bed was more comfortable than most. Lots of lighting and outlets well placed. Great closet with enough hangars which is rare. Very spacious for the price. Floors were very quiet. Housekeeping did not start knocking at 7 am (happens these days). I would stay here again. I did not eat the breakfast so not sure how that was.

My stay was great. Clean room but it does get nosey around breakfast and happy hour. I just closed the door to the room which drowned out the noise. I enjoyed my stay.
