The valet attendants Caleb and Nas were very friendly, helpful and exceptionally welcoming to the hotel. The first contact with hotel staff was with these two young men and they represented what true southern hospitality really is. Thank you Caleb and Nas!!!

Not much choices for good on site, but luckily this location is very convenient for shipping and outside dining options. I will stay here again the next time I’m in town. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff I interacted with all friendly and polite.

The hotel was very clean but when they clean the bathroom sink can they start cleaning the circle part to the back of the sink its full of dirt

The water in my room would not work. We were only there for 2-3 days, and we had several problems taking a shower, brushing our teeth, washing our faces. They sent an engineer up to rectify the problem, but it never worked correctly. I was told that the manager (Devine) was going to reach out to me, but never did. I was also told that my valet bill would be refunded to me initially by someone at the front desk…. A young lady with braids…. But! That never happened either.
