It was close to the activities we had planned. Breakfast was just okay. Limited selection.

Ten days of lodging and they only cleaned the room once; I had to take the trash out of the room three times.

Not enough staff to accommodate customers checking in and out. When I arrived my room was not available. They told me they had to clean a room and then that room was given to someone else. I wasn’t able to get checked in until 20 minutes after my scheduled time. The sofa couch was nasty, it had stains all over it and it smelled bad. The bottom of the bed along the baseboard was dirty. If you have a pet there is no where for your pet to go outside. The parking lot cost $33.00 a day and it is very small and not big enough to accommodate the guest. I asked to be switched to another room that was clean and they could not accommodate me. There were large spiders in the bathroom. The staff was nice but seem overwhelmed. I expected better for the area I was in and the amount of money I spent for this horrible experience.

The only downside was the towel situation.

This property is the best so far extra clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. And the manager of this property was awesome. Very good breakfast. And safe parking deck. I’ve already booked my room for my next stay in October.

Front desk staff was great and responsive. We booked a room with a pull out couch, would have been helpful if the bedding for it was in the room closet and wouldn't need to go to the front desk. Room was as described, bathroom felt dingy but was clean. Good breakfast selection and pool was great for the kids.

Nice place will be there again

The location Upon arrival they couldn’t find my reservations and has me wait an hour before assisting me after they’ve already assisted every other guest. Finally they fixed my reservation and gave me a room. The room was flooded upon entering. When I informed them they asked me to wait. I returned when the line was shorter only to be told that I couldn’t access my room and that my reservation was for the previous day, locking me out of the room with my belongings. Again they had me wait this time 3 hours while they attended every other guest meanwhile I stand at the counter. The parking was horrible I parked on the side of the hotel. Over provided parking permits

Attentive staff to concerns. I really appreciate Mr. Wayne in Maintenance.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was not nice at all. Carpet had stains and tears . The pull out bed / couch was stained up. We were unable to use the pool do to the over power of chemicals/ bleach. Was not at all like the pictures that we were seen on their site. Would not stay again and would not recommend. I will definitely be staying with Holiday Inn Express.

Please be aware that you have to pay an additional parking fee of $30. I was not aware of this when booking. Hotel was nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing! Lots of options. Location was excellent. Rooms were ok. Everything in the room was dated and dingy. Beds and pillows super uncomfortable. Bring your own pillows. All in all it was ok.

The rooms were not up the part. Furniture was disgusting with spots everywhere.

There was a big stain on the sofa in the living room and other than that my stay was great
