Bathrooms could use an update but over all was a great experience especially for the location and price point

My family and I loved staying here. The staff was friendly. Check-in process was easy. Lobby area was pretty and clean. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Only thing was that breakfast was included, but a lot of the breakfast items were missing. Other than that, everything else was great! There are many delicious restaurants near by and an outdoor shopping center.

The property was difficult to get to. It was downtown so I guess that's to be expected. I guess it's also expected to have to pay $25 a night for parking but that's kind of unfortunate. The room was tight. One of the floating shelves in the room was sagging. It's nice to have a full refrigerator as not every hotel offers that. The hallways were kind of dark and dreary, and as I walked down the hall, all the doorways were dirty from people running bags and carts into the door frames. The breakfast was stellar with lots of options and multiple kinds of coffee and juice. I stayed in two other hotels on this trip and none of them had as good of breakfast. The pool was small and there was no hot tub. The main lobby area was well lit and welcoming and the workout facility was really nice, maybe the best I've seen in a hotel. Lots of different machine options. Overall, I'd stay there again if I wanted to be downtown, but if I didn't want to be downtown, I wouldn't stay there again due to the high price, paid parking and cramped room but it does have a lot of nice things going good it.

The place itself was beautiful, but my experience with the staff was disappointing. The employees at the front desk had a very bad attitude and were not welcoming at all, which really affected the overall stay.

My television never worked the whole stay and they kept lying like they was sending maintenance‼️ And didn’t give no credit to another accommodations or anything.

Room was never cleaned. Parking was expensive and in/out was a nightmare because parking gate was broken. Hoping they refund the parking.

Every person I encountered on the staff was so pleasant and helpful. I did not like that the pool was indoor.

The breakfast options were amazing! The room was clean! The staff was helpful! We would stay there again!

Location was excellent and very near the venue we were attending. Front desk manager was very helpful with an issue I was expericing with my reservation .Had to go downstairs to get ice. no one available to bring to room. Pool was subparr at best. asked for a toothbrush and again had to go downstairs to get it myself because no one could/would bring it up to the room. restaurant/bar was horrible.. cook was not there when restaurant was open and bartender couldn't have cared less. Had to doordash food. breakfast was terrible. Food was barely edible.

We had a great 2 night stay, room was nice and clean, staff was amazing and helpful.. we would definitely stay again.

Everything was good except parking.

I wish I had more time to enjoy all of the amenities. Staff was kind and informative. Property was beautiful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Filtered water was on tap and they even provided a glass bottle for you to fill. It was a welcomed stay after a long week of travel. Would definitely stay here again.
