Perfect for our stay.

We had six people in our room and only had 3 towels. After our first night I asked for 6 but was only given 3 again. Also I think you could give a little more choices with breakfast and extend hours till 10.

Hotel was great! I made the mistake of not realizing the congestion with the location. The traffic anywhere around this area was awful. Constant sitting and moving so slow. It took so long to get anywhere via car. So although the hotel was great, I would not pick it again simply because of the location and traffic issues.

All but one of the staff receiving guest were friendly and accommodating. The aloof and unfriendly woman up front can really tarnish a first impression.

Great convenient room

Stay was fine. Beds were good. The only thing that bothered me was that the front desk staff when checking in and again when leaving never smiled. They weren’t mean. They said hello and goodbye but never smiled. A smile goes a long way in the hospitality business.

Only thing was that we had issues with the internet in our room constantly disconnecting so the TV would stop working. It happened once every ten minutes and would last a couple of minutes. It didn't bother me a lot but my kids it did lol.

Convenient location for Truist Park visit; spacious room with 2 Queens + Sofa Bed

We only stayed for one night, but the room was comfortable and was clean. Major complaint was the shower/tub was extremely slippery and did not have anything on the bottom to avoid slipping. This needs to be corrected before someone gets hurt. One of our guests fell but fortunately was not hurt - it could have been much worse. Ice machine was near our room, so we heard people getting ice st ungodly hours of the night. Beds were comfortable and frig was cold. All in all, a good stay.

The bathroom door couldn't be closed. The door handle on it was broken and the door didn't fit the opening. The room door had big gaps letting light in from the hallway and all noise could be heard.
