Extended Stay America Select Suites - Atlanta - Vinings

No frills residence type hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Nice bed. Has kitchenette but no pots/ pans, plates, glassware or utensils so useless. No coffee machine Front desk attended only from 10 am- 10 pm.

The hotel attendant was very nice and helpful. The room I had needs serious updating. Cabinets don’t close. Appliances are outdated. Luckily, I only stayed one night. If was going to be there more than one night, I would have checked out and went elsewhere.

The room wasn't how I normally expect my rooms. It was a lot of stuff attached from the wall. The Internet really didn't work on the TV. It'll work for you about 20 minutes then go out the kitchen just needed to be deep scrubbed around the refrigerator. The hallway smell like I had checked into a prostitution Motel. It really upset me because I only stay at extended stay when I come in town I normally stay the one by the Cumberland mall, but their race was a lot higher so I went to the one on findings. Hopefully they will get better, but I will be back. All they need is a little change and updates.

Fire alarm went off 3 times during the night. Horrible experience.

No glasses, plates, mugs.

Kitchen No pool, no breakfast

Locks on window and door were loose.

Everything had a fee attached. My dog cost me as much as the room (almost). The room was not clean. The rug was really worn out and looked dirty. The sheets on the bed had not been changed. Yes it had a full kitchen, but no utensils of any kind. We had an emergency and left in the middle of the night. We did not return.

The room was ok and staff was helpful but $40 for pots and pans that should already come equip with the room is ridiculous. The property was very dated room was clean but had an overwhelming damp smell

Aubri, the front desk associate was very helpful and professional. We booked the stay for an employee and at check in, she informed us of a business program. Happy to say we will continue to use this Extended Stay location!

First room, they gave me was disgusting.It smelled so bad like stale, cigar and stuff.Microwave was stuck together could not open it.Kitchen was grimy it was gross. Second room they gave me was not smelly , but the couch

it was close to the event i was attending the building had a notice about the fire alarm being out of order. the room smelled strongly of paint. the lock looked like it had been busted and also there were screws missing. the cabinetry was in disrepair. there were greasy hand prints on the wall between the sofa and the mirror. there was something wet on the itself. the bath tub looked like it had mold on it.

Location was fine! It smelled horrible! I complained to the front about the stench of cat pee in my room! The floor also get just like gummy! Dirty dirty room 419! I also checked out a day early and had to pay 100 bucks they charged me for a late checkout fee for checking out the previous day after 11pm I was a whole day early. I paid it to appease but this is really ridiculous!

Customer service was HORRIBLE, the smell in the halls and elevators were REPULSIVE, and supplies were limited they hardly gave us towels to bath with and when we asked for anything they were rude as if they didn’t want to help. The rooms were worn out and outdated, the reviews online were all LIES! The stay was just very unpleasant, based off of my/our experience I would never recommend THIS extended stay to anyone!

I got there at late hour, night watch lady was polite. Well maintained elevator, clean corridors. Clean room, everything worked inside. Good stay for the money.

The general manager was friendly and efficient at check-in. The interior is well worn and in need of many upgrades. I stayed one night to attend a concert at Truist Park. This should either be a hotel or an extended stay “rooming house” because it is not working as a hotel. The front desk closes and there are no employees available on property until the morning. I asked for an ice machine and was informed that there were ice trays in the rooms. There were not. There also was not a coffee maker or trash cans. So, in all it serves the purpose, but was little scary at night when I returned from the concert and the lack of “hotel room” standard items was unfortunate. I will definately stay elsewhere next time.

Nothing It's not even worth talking about

My reservation was changed to another location without my knowledge. No one notified me of this change until I arrived to check in. When I went to the other location the room they gave me was used and unclean. After I notified staff I was moved to another room which was also used messy and unclean. After being moved 3 times I was finally able to check into a room which was not what I originally reserved.
