The room was dirty… French fries under the ottoman…hair in the shower and the staff was rude

Very pleasant stay.

Hotel was clean and convenient to the Cobb Galleria.

Booked a room with two queen beds for more space with two adults and two kids. Upon check in was told there were no rooms left with two queen beds and we were downgraded to two full beds. After check out, we were still charged the full amount for a room with two queen beds and have still yet to receive a refund. We will never be back to this property and will never recommend it.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating! We needed an early check in and a late checkout. They were quick to get these things done for us. Great service and a great value for the area.

I have stayed in places all over the southeast. Hotels and motels ranging from $50 a night up to several hundred a night, this was the worst by far. For the amount of money paid you would think thos place could at least upgrade the crusty pullout mattresses. And the non functional refrigerators. I would highly suggest staying elsewhere.

Great Hotel and Great location to walk to the mall and the Braves Battery

The room size was nice, the fridge wasn't the coldest and I wish they had a microwave but it was still enough to accomodate my needs, the room had a musty smell but not too overwhelming. I stayed for 3 nights and had the King size room. The hotel is for sure outdated, you can tell the rooms and hallways haven't been updated in years! The lobby and guest areas were nice, housekeeping was helpful when needed (especially Terry). Overall a pleasant stay.

Not positive but it smelled like it. They had no other room abvailable at that time of night 1 in the morning. The host was great but she could not do anything. She also admitted that she knows about the problem. We had no other option to stay. Tge changed our room the next day but it also smelled. We did give up and stayed DO NOT RECOMMEND staying there at all.

Stay for trip to Braves game was amazing! No shuttle but Uber was perfect! Only negative was that our room was conjoined to another room which made my wife a little uncomfortable but it wasn't that bad! Will stay again

Sheets were dirty. Paw prints on bed. Hair on pillows and sheets. . No blankets in room. When we went down to get blankets, they were dirty too.

I got a room at a great price. I checked later for someone else and it went up to $400+ a night which is NOT Worth it. My room smelled like bug spray and the mirror looks like it had been burned or something. The gym had sticky stuff on the equipment and they had no wipes to clean it with. I'm glad I didn't pay for the breakfast package because all they had was muffins. For the price I paid for the room, im not complaining. I love the location. Overall the ladies at the front desk were great and greeted us with a smile. I would recommend this hotel but not for $400 or even $300 a night. TIP: try shampooing the carpet sometime and clorox the bathroom or something

Close to the ball park and very clean. Just wouldn't let us check in 20 minutes early is the only complaint

Exceptional

Nice and clean. They did not have any toothbrushes. They did not have any deodorant. They had no feminine products. The snack bar was decimated and apparently nobody had ordered anything for it.

Close to ball field , and friendly staff. Having to pay to park.
