Holiday Inn Express Atlanta Airport - College Park by IHG

I didn’t like that the bathtub looks so old and rusty. The room was clean but the entire property needs work, floor was hallway floor needed to be vacuumed. The gym was underwhelming, nothing to sanitize the machines, no towels for sweat. Overall my experience was okay. Could use a lot of work.

Receptionist was outstanding.

The property was nice and clean. The staff was helpful but they charge for parking which I believe is a deceitful way to list their booking price lower online.

Very good hotel. The shuttle circulate every 30 mins and made it easy to travel between airport and hotel. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. They were able to guide us on taking the Marta to the stadium. Rooms were very clean. My only complaint is that the toilets were too low. I’m an average size female and it felt like I was squatting.

Hotel is being renovated so some areas are in disarray. We were put in room 515 first but AC wasn’t working. Brought to the attention of front desk staff who were very apologetic and moved us to a new room. Although hotel is close to airport you can’t hear the planes. Slept great. Good price for the room we got.

This property charges guest for parking, $15 per night, on top of the hotel rate charged already. This parking fee is NOT advertised any where. The hotel charges your card left at the desk for incidentals after checking out. Guests are not informed if such charges at any time of the booking process, checkin, or checkout process. No towels at the swimming pool, complimentary coffee is adulterated to save on coffee. My booking tgere was a mistake I would never repeat. The property is a disgrace to the IHG group, more so for the Holiday Inn chain.

The breakfast was worth the stay! And using the cash app process makes it super affordable. Thank you. Made my World Cup dreams come true. Always use the airport shuttle to get around! Public transport system top notch.
