Sleep Inn Atlanta Airport

Not wheelchair accessible at all. But the beds were clean and comfortable alongside the room itself.

This is my hotel of choice everytime I am in Atlanta. The staff and ownership are always nice to me, I never have any issues and 'Ruby Tuesday's' restaurant is right next door making eating convenient along with a 10 minute or less shuttle run to the airport if needed. You simply couldn't ask for better.

Staff is very rude. The most rudest I ever experienced at a hotel. I called the front desk and asked for late check out and even said I would pay for it. Staff said it was granted to 12 noon free of charge. The staff started knocking on the door at 1125. I told them I got until 12. Staff never left door banging, screaming, and hollering get out. I was trying to get dressed and out before 12 and staff opened the door as I was naked. I slammed the door back and place the lock on top preventing access. The guy screamed at me to SHUT UP. I felt unsafe grabbed my things and left. Do not stay there!!

The TV doesn’t work ,place derty ,the room and bathroom ok ,the bed no good

This was a tough one. Staff was great, very helpful, especially with getting the shuttle to come back for a flight I had to rush to catch. The room itself was OK, with a working TV, comfortable bed, and a microwave. However, some of the furniture was tired, and while the shower was hot, the seal at the bottom of the door was missing, so a lot of water got out onto the floor. This may have contributed to the overall musty smell both in the room and in the hallway. Breakfast was fine, with breakfast sandwiches to heat up, yogurt, and muffins, but the juice machine was out of order.

The hotel smelled like an animal died in the hallway. Then we went into our room, the curtains had a whole in the middle that looked like a bear stuck his claws into the curtains and broke it and they were never changed. There was no soap in the bathroom. The carpet even had gum stains. The bed sheets had yellow stains in them. The overall experience was disgusting.

However, there were a few issues during our stay. The Wi-Fi was not working, and when we needed to print a document from a flash drive, we discovered that the printer was out of both ink and paper. That said, if you're simply looking for a clean, comfortable place to sleep and shower, this property serves that purpose well.

Parking was well lit. Clean room and nice staff

At the time, due to cancellation of flight, had to seek a room overnight. This was the cheapest. It showed. No one at counter upon arrival at 1030p. Took a few mins for someone to come out. Checked in and while walking to room, you could smell a slight mustiness in the hall along with the smell of marijuana. Once in room, aged. Small tv. No tv signal(rain in the area) was the alleged reason. Attempted to call front desk on the signal issue and their toilet constantly running, the phone is the room is not plugged in..no cord visible. When i went back to question it, he said oh you don't need it, use your cell. I just did not have good vibes. I immediately checked into another hotel 1/2 mile away that was 4 stars! and only $30 more. Won't return to this hotel. Personal choice

Great location as airport hotel. The shuttle service was very efficient. Breakfast was very simple with little variety.

Great parking. Room was clean, beds were comfortable enough. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was very minimal.

The room smelled like Marijuana. Very strong. The comforter had stains on it. The sheets were dirty.

Nice rooms, shower was great. No issues

Rooms were clean. The staff was great! My only complaint is ice was only on the 3rd floor. I loved Ruby Tuesdays Restaurant is literally 3 minutes walking distance.
