Spark by Hilton Atlanta Airport South College Park

The hotel stay was the only good thing in Atlanta.

My stay was great, and the hotel was very well maintained.

Second, this hotel advertised as "breakfast included" from my experience, there was no breakfast. All I saw at the lobby was cereal, juice and boiled egg. That is not breakfast but cold food. I heard they had scarmbled egg as well. For the amount of money charged at this hotel, the least they can do is provide proper breakfast.

The property was very clean, 6 minutes from the airport which was a plus for me. The staff was so friendly and hospital, all of them. The hotel was packed due to the convention, yet it remained quiet and peaceful. Breakfast ends at 10AM so you can sleep in and still grab a bite. And the best part is it's budget friendly.

Very confusing place to get too, the parking is kinda a hassle but....

Great hotel

The staff was kind. The pool was dirty and I asked for an extra blanket and they said they didn’t have any. One of the elevators barely worked and would only go down but not up to our floor.

We were booked out a night before our initial check out .Our things were locked in our initial room and the reception night staff was unpolite & lacked customer service in our matter. We ended up paying for the room night twice as much to access our things and since we had no option as the other is that we are escorted to grab our things out as explained by staff lady and leave. We had questions as to how and why and ontop we find room from their check out time 13 hours ago is not cleaned or had been organized with clean essentials - none. Dear management team I don’t know if these are your policies or standards and also the training of staff around such an occurrence is unacceptable despite all.

They need to do something different for breakfast same thing every days

The beds were very comfortable and the hotel is convenient to the airport and the highways

I think hand sanitizer should be kept in the breakfast area.

The room was so clean and beautiful. They also have an airport shuttle which was very helpful.

The staff were really kind and accommodating.

i didn’t know that it was only bagels for breakfast … room was clean except someone from the previous stay had left ranch in the fridge n the fridge wasn’t clean

Overall I like the Spark product and have stayed at a few different ones. This particular location was not up to par with the others I have been to. It felt like I was talking to an AI person when I checked in. The thing he asked for was my car's plate number and told me there was a $15 charge for parking. I gave him my phone with a picture of it and he pushed and back to me and told me that 'he wasn't ready for that yet'? The floor in my room was dirty - papers and dust in various places. There was no comfortable chair in my room (like the other Sparks I have used) - just a chair that rolled away at an annoying speed. However the water was hot and the shower was strong and the bed was comfortable. The parking lot was very confusing - the hotel needs more signage.

Everything and everyone was so nice and welcoming the entire staff

I like how convenient everything was in the hotel and the staff.

The manager was very rude and not helpful
