Clean room ! Very comfortable

The ride to the airport quick and stress free. I really appreciated how clean the room was and it was spacious. The staff was accommodating and I was impressed how they would assist guests that wanted to stay an additional night. I will certainly be staying there again.

There should have been an handicap exit from inside the building.

No ice machine on the 1st floor

The room was disgusting. Hair everywhere and the bedding was not clean. The mattress looked about 20 years old. Small black bug seen crawling on our bed. My three year old kept finding hair, dirt, etc. The staff tried to make it better by changing our room. The property is dirty and not well kept. I couldn’t really relax or sleep well because I didn’t feel like I was in a clean space. I don’t expect a hotel room to be pristine but this wasn’t even bare minimum. Also, I was a bit concerned about safety. Most hotels require the room key to use the elevator to other floors. Anyone can walk in and be at your door in the middle of the night. Luckily, we were only staying for one night and that’s the most my husband and I could tolerate. It’s a convenient location if you need to stay near the airport.

Didn't really get the impression that the staff cared that much. Housekeeping was pretty inconsistent. I doubt I would go back.

For an over night stay this hotel is a good choice. The staff were helpful and polite.

Staff was very nice . Room was clean and cleaning staff was hard working . Front desk was very nice and helpful to us .

If there's a room available early, I don't see why the company would allow someone to check in early without paying a extra fifty dollars! I have been staying at hotels for over fifty years, and this is the first time I was asked to pay extra fifty dollars to check in early!!!!!!!

Horrible smell when getting off the elevator on the third floor. Smelled really bad. The pool area could certainly use some renovations. Didn’t appreciate outsiders using the pool and being disruptive as then my family couldn’t enjoy the pool. Over heard the lady mention how she paid to use the pool. She already had two kids with her and another was later dropped off.

So close to the airport with comfortable rooms

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt. My room was clean and the location was perfect.

Better than I expected. Was only there for 10 hours but the room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
