The staff was incredibly nice. The room is smaller than usual, and a little outdated.
-
Excellent stay and great price. Bed was super comfortable.
-
Great staff. Nice room. Good breakfast. Very good quality for price.

When coming in after hours you need your room key. My room key was not working the worker after singing at her desk begins to yell at me with instructions which I can’t hear clearly (and there was a phone to pick up and communicate) it was extremely frustrating

The hotel was very basic as expected. What was unexpected was the terrible bed, the broken TV and furniture, and housekeeping not sweeping/vacuuming floors when cleaning. All 3 cardio machines in the gym were broken as well. The nice thing about it was that it was easy to get to, close to some amenities and the fridge was big enough if your the type to bring your own food. The pool was also nice.

We enjoyed the breakfast and the friendliness of the employees from the front desk to the maintenance. We had a slight problem with roaches but they took care of it immediately and everything was good. They do need some renovations to be done because nothing changed except the breakfast. They do need rooms and elevator are still the same . Me and my family used to stay there every year before Covid

convenient packing place with charge free

The daily breakfast was the best part of the stay. The room and common areas show signs of wear and tear but not to bad. The elevator was slow. The staff was friendly and helpful. Not perfect but it served us well. I'd stay there again.

It is a good option to book near to Georgia Tech if you have a car

The bed was very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Only 1 elevator worked and it was slow as can be, neither of the vending machines on the property worked so I had to spend 10 dollars on water from the front desk. In the room, the living room TV didn’t have any sound. The bathtub had no stopper, and when I asked the front desk to provide one they gave me a sink stopper so ultimately I couldn’t give my daughter a bath.

The staff was lovely and the beds were very comfy. The room was updated. The bathroom was extremely small

The picture of the outside area is extremely false. If you select this hotel because it looks like a nice relaxing area out back choose something else.

Property is very old, old & stain carpet throughout the property, walls are worn where tne tv hangs. The wall paper throughout the property is worn out. The shower & bathrooms are old, furniture has seen its better days, only one elevator working, lighting is poor and dim as you walk into hotel entry way. Not a hotel I would use again. Staff was were professional and polite.

At check-in, we were told the suite we booked was sold out. They initially tried to put us in a lower-quality room at a higher price, which I refused. They eventually placed us in the suite we booked, although it was handicap accessible, which did not bother us. Later that night, we returned and could not get into our room. The key did not work, and neither did the replacement key from the front desk. We were then told we could not access our room until around 7 AM when the “engineers” arrived. All of our belongings were still inside. They gave us another room for the night, but we had to sleep without our clothes, toiletries, chargers, medications, or anything else we had brought. The next morning, we learned they actually had to break into the room just so we could retrieve our belongings. I initially asked for a refund and was told they would only give me half off. The hotel ultimately did issue a full refund, which I appreciate. However, the attitude and lack of concern from the front desk employee during the situation was unacceptable. Problems happen, but how you treat guests when those problems occur matters. This was an incredibly frustrating experience made much worse by poor customer service. I will stick to Hilton and Marriott from now on.

This is an honest, unpaid review. I am not overly picky, but when I spend hard-earned money, I expect basic quality and service. Aside from the free breakfast and free parking, this hotel is completely run-down and poorly maintained. My experience required moving rooms twice just to find a tolerable space.First Room: Unkempt, with a non-functioning toilet. Second Room: Completely uncleaned. It contained a previous guest's luggage, trash and dirty towels strewn about, and a strong odor of marijuana. Third Room: Barely acceptable. The carpet was torn, surfaces were stained, the bathroom door was falling off its hinges, and the shower light was broken The service and security issues continued throughout the stay. On the second night, my keycard repeatedly failed. It took three frustrating trips to the front desk before the issue was finally resolved. The front desk staff appeared completely indifferent, offering no apologies or assistance though given the state of the property, low staff morale is hardly surprising. Additionally, while management requires guests to register their license plate numbers to avoid being towed, parking lot security is non-existent. In the morning, I found people passed out in cars blocking my driver and passenger doors, making the vehicle registration requirement feel entirely pointless. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay, keep looking. If rock-bottom price is your only criteria, this place fits the bill.
