Holiday Inn Express & Suites Atlanta Buckhead by IHG

The free parking was everything to me. The hotel was ok but great staff.

This is out of the impression of the Holiday Inns as we stayed often with family vacations. The unknown liquid stains on the black rolling chair dyed my husband’s pants and shirt. I mentioned it when I checked out in the morning and was told I should call them right away during the night when I found the problem.

We were told that the hotel is due for a total refurbish and we look forward to that!

This hotel was very run down and poorly kept. My room was dirty and had multiple broken things in it. The beds are terribly uncomfortable.I would rate it 6/10 at best. I didn’t feel like the hotel matched the online rating at all. It needs a lot of repairs and a deep clean.

Good basic hotel for short stay and value conscious travelers

We stayed during a volleyball tourney, arrived late as it isn’t close to airport, and felt super safe. Good parking, nice lobby, rooms need to be updated but it was a comfortable stay & we ended up getting a 2 bathroom suite which if you have a teen daughter is a huge plus! We didn’t get to use the pool, but we were hanging out w/ friends anyway & had comfy beds, no bugs, helpful staff, good breakfast & walking distance to stores/restaurant/transportation (be careful taking the train unfortunately a lot of crazies).

Standard rooms are a bit small. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets are super soft. Our room was clean, the AC and tv worked great. Love the free breakfast in the morning and the free parking as well (which is hard to find in Atlanta!!) There is a free hot drink station available in the lobby which is a nice touch. This was our third stay and would stay again.

still $148 was a little bit on a higher side compared to. The value I received. But the surrounding of the property was cool calm and quiet.

Room was smaller than expected, but it was fine for me. Fridge has a working freezer which was helpful for my gel packs.

The rooms are all the same. I waisted my time looking for a larger room only to learn that the aged property has no variation. They said they aren’t responsible for the pictures on Hotels. Com. I disagree as thats a brand management issue they should protect.

Welcoming staff, clean rooms, and good area. We walked and used Marta without any problems.

Had a nice stay with the family. Quick check in, staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. Decent breakfast. No complaints at all. Area was close to the stadium and many restaurants and shopping around.
