I tried to check in at 4pm. At 5pm I was still sat in reception waiting for my room. I finally got offered a down grade to the one I had booked. The room was fine the shower was terrible. I travel a lot internationally and although this hotel looked great on paper. The service and amenities were terrible. The only member of the team that stood out hands down was John from the valet team who was superb.

Negative...the valet team lack customer service skills. I was checking out to head to the airport this Sunday 8/2/26. There was a young lady sitting down all on her phone and NEVER acknowledge me. I stood there for 5 mins. Another lady walked up and looked at me, as she stared at the young lady on the phone. The customer said, excuse me, can you help me. She got up and started working. There is a young man ALWAYS dress really nice in regular clothes working in valet. When he's there, cars are moving. He must be the manager. A young very petite lady helped me this morning despite the other women ignoring my presence. She put my luggage in the trunk of my car. I asked for change for a 20 or if she had a 10 dollar bill? She only had 9 dollars. I gave her the 20 dollars. I said, what the heck! I just happy to get my car so i can get to the airport.
