Staff was very friendly. Place was clean and classy. Worked perfectly for a stay in Buckhead at a economical rate

Beautiful hotel with lots of extras: great restaurant, great sized and clean rooms, very friendly staff and pet friendly Loved everything

Given the issues and poor service. I’d not recommend staying here.

Location and Roof Top Bar. Breakfast was included but then limited to specific dishes . Coffee was absolutely dreadful. Food average.

This is a great hotel in a convenient location. When you get to this part of town, you do pay a little more, but for what you get, this is one of the better values in the area. I found the staff to be extremely helpful, and that helps a lot, especially when you're navigating Buckhead Atlanta.

Staff was very friendly the few staff we saw. Bathroom sink was crack, rooms were ok need some upgrades, hallways were clean. Pictures of the hotel shown online was not the same the property seems older..need upgrades..

Great staff. Really clean, comfortable rooms. Great happy hour. Was surprised by cost for valet parking/lack of parking but my fault for not researching city of Atlanta parking situation

Gardens and common spaces were beautiful. All employees very pleasant. Room nice. Location great Parking expensive.

It’s very clean. I love the coffee station in the morning. I love the happy hour in the evening. The roof top bar is beautiful. I spent a lot of time by the pool this time and the outside bar was nice and convenient. Everything was great

Location Facilities lacking… had to move rooms because of leak in toilet.. was not compensated for the inconvenience of moving me and spouse’s items.. disruptive

It sits on excellent location at Buckhead for luxury shopping, restaurants, and partying. Hotel was clean and staff members were all nice. hair conditioner?! it was like a diluted shampoo, not a conditioner at all. it made my hair coarse and hard to comb. It had rooftop bar that made noise at night even on Sunday. No self parking. I didn't have a car so no problem with us.
