Don’t believe the pictures carpet was wet in the room, and plumbing issues with buckets and machines was surrounded catching plumbing water from the ceiling.
-
The room was clean and exactly like the pictures. It’s also in a very nice area! The biggest issue I had was how incredibly loud the rooftop music is lol. We stayed on the 10th floor and we were still able to hear the djs mic and bass of the music. The parking was also not the best. You do have to pay every time you leave and I might be incorrect but the parking seems incredibly difficult if somebody has a disability or wheelchair. There is an incline walking from the paid parking to the hotel so im hoping there is an easier way to access the hotel for people with disabilities. I’m being picky but the couches in the lobby are not exactly the cleanest or the elevator walls.

Staff was friendly, clean, nice roof top bar, have a restaurant on ground floor as well and breakfast was nice. Only thing I didn’t like was parking. Just pay for valet parking. It’s cheaper than the other option, trust me!

Limited afterhour amenities $$$ parking, valet only Loved the spacious showers Pleasant desk staff Nice food services Would return

The property refused to refund, or even acknowledge my request for a refund, for a one day reservation which I mistakenly made through Expedia , which reservation was made 3 weeks before the occupancy date. They refused to even acknowledge that I had made a refund request. Inexcusable

It was very clean
-
We loved the aesthetic and the friendliness of the staff. We will be back!

The decor Tub was rusty, handles broken, outlets not working, non-bilingual cleaning staff, unhoused person sleeping in the lobby, and reservation systems for dining options did not work.

Poor

Nice hotel, good area, and clean. My main issue was that there was a party on the rooftop so people had access to any floor and that was a safety concern. They told me to use my key for the elevator to go to the floors but that was not necessary because the elevator went up just by pushing the button. There was also a peeping noise in my room, no idea what it was. I did appreciate all the appliances and amenities in the room. Except I couldn’t order room service for some reason.

Lobby was being renovated. Parking was expensive $60 a day, no free public parking available. Close to everything, friendly staff. Fav feature was the bathroom. Only thing that caught me off guard was the $200 hold when checking in. I don’t recall it being mentioned when booking. No incidentals so it was returned a day or two after check out.

Great hotel, very kind staff. Less expensive parking is available right across the street.

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a wonderful time and definitely will stay there again. The parking is a bit expensive and not detailed though but other than that it was a great stay

The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and helpful! I can’t remember his name but shout out to you! I paid for valet and it took them FOREVER to bring my car around. One instance a group of them were just standing there talking not even realized I was in the queue waiting (a request I put in prior to me leaving out my hotel room). I had to tell them like hey I’m waiting on my car. What’s the point of paying for valet???? Then the hotel was very nice the lobby and room! However it started to get packed when the roof top lounge opened Rose & Rye. There was only one working elevator to go up (including us getting to our rooms). The line to go up to the line just started getting longer and longer. But Rose & Rye was a vibe and free since we were staying at the hotel. We just had to show our hotel key card.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed to make last minute adjustments to our accommodations and the staff assisted without any hesitation. We also had a very late check in and staff looked out and made sure our room was still available even though we arrived after midnight. The hotel is in walking distance to the metro which was great b/c the rental car company ran out of cars and Ubers would’ve have drawn our expense money. I will say the rooftop club was lit but could be heard in our room and we were on the 8th floor and they don’t close until 3am. So try to get a room on a lower level if at all possible.

Exceptional

Only one elevator worked to the rooftop on a Saturday night. The security woman almost got in a fight with a guest but then the security woman could not stop running her mouth which made it so much worse than it had to be. Too much weed amell from our neighboring rooms. Some kind of construction in front lobby. Rip off paying $70 in parking daily. Or $26 each time you leave and come back. Rediculous!we should have stayed somewhere else!

Upon check in, David M was friendly, professional and set the tone for my stay at the Colee. The decor is fun, hip and stylish and is situated in an excellent location for shopping at luxury stores and restaurants. As described in reviews, it does not have a large lap pool if that’s what you are looking for. There is a hint of weed smell, but I’m from Philadelphia where it permeates buildings and streets. My AC stopped working on Saturday night at 8pm. I called the front desk and within 10 minutes Steve from HVAC was there to help. He was a delightful man and was very professional and had it operating in less than 15 minutes. Things happen in life and it’s how the situation is handled that makes the difference. Thank you for a lovely stay and I will be back again in Autumn. ✌️
