Everything went very well- staff was above and beyond - the court yard is a nice place to hang and the rooms are very comfortable. Really a great hotel and I do recommend it!

Such a unique and beautiful hotel! We enjoyed brunch in the Pom Courtyard before we checked out and the food and service was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

The stay was very lovely. Beautiful scenery. Attentive valet. Clean and modern styled hotel room and common areas. Close proximity to neighborhood amenities including Whole Foods and local coffee shops. Love this spot. Will come back again.

I love this place for my regular stays in Atlanta. The staff is amazing. I accidentally left a personal item with sentimental value in the room after I checked out and front desk staff member Sheila was amazing at making sure it was found and returned to me! So grateful!
-
Well kept property in a great location. Food was good. Speak easy bar had a different but cool vibe. Will definitely stay there again.

Absolutely loved the hotel, the staff, managers bartenders were absolutely amazing! Customer service was 10/10

The hotel has a lovely courtyard. The rooms seemed recently updated. And refurbished. Great shower. My major complaints are the elevator is slow and has a very loud chime which can be heard in the rooms. The restaurant and bar experience isn't great - expensive, often inattentive service and a lot of unavailable menu options.

Great hotel
-
lots of charm

It was extremely loud because of a party on the patio, the bar staff seems a little miserable and while my first stay was good and the baristas are always lovely, it no longer is worth the stay.
-
Well maintained, quiet place, close to museums and Piedmont Park, easy freeway access.

I did not like that you had to pay for parking 50.00, I didn’t like that there was no microwave or frig in the room even the most expensive hotel gave a frig. I didn’t like that 300.00 dollar was held I can see 200 but three. I didn’t like that there were no ice machines in the floor .

Honestly, I was very disappointed with this stay. I booked one night to celebrate a friend’s birthday and have a relaxing girls’ movie night at the hotel. We stayed in the Oasis Suite, which was much smaller and less welcoming than expected. The high windows that couldn’t actually be looked out of and the overall layout made the room feel more institutional than relaxing. There was also trash left in our trash can when we first entered the room. Additionally, valet is $50 before tip and tax, so be aware of that extra cost. The main reason I booked this stay was to enjoy a movie night, but the TV amenities did not work. We could not connect to Chromecast or access streaming services. After calling the front desk, being told it was likely our phone settings, and having maintenance come up, we spent nearly an hour trying to resolve the issue before having to leave for dinner. When we later spoke with the front desk, we were told the hotel had been aware for months that multiple rooms were experiencing TV issues. We asked about switching rooms but were told there was no way to know if another room would have a working TV. The available channels were also extremely limited, making the paid movie rentals feel like the only option. This should have been disclosed before booking, especially since the movie night was a major reason for choosing this hotel. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations for the price, and I was disappointed that such an important amenity was unavailable.

I only stayed one night, but I stayed for a very important doctor visit at the transplant hospital. My wife and I ordered from the bar and we got the smash burger and fries. A simple request I think! We wanted to eat alone so I had the server box them and I would come and pick them up! When I returned to pick them up, no condiments at all?!! No salt, pepper, ketchup or mustard? Come on, you guys got to be able to do better tha that!!
