Mediocre…

Nice courtyard. Friendly staff. Safe neighborhood. Clean. Cool decor. Good sleep.

Wish we were here longer!

This place is a hidden gem. Well appointed, parking, location. 10 out of 10. I love the paper cranes. 😉
-
Room was very clean and comfortable. TV is mounted over desk and to the side of the bed so that was an awkward angle to watch. The hotel has a bar and serves food but the posted hours are incorrect on their website and we weren't able to order food.

The neighborhood seems unsafe

The staff is awesome. the hotel has great location but the bar closes way to early on weekends.
-
Excellent service. From the personnel to the food, security, room, etc. No complaints. Staff was very informative and responsive to questions and concerns that were bought up. Upgrade for the breakfast option, is well worth it. Shout out to Emilio, Chase and the chef.

The young man working the front desk was very kind and helpful. Sometimes they can be snooty but he was warm and welcoming. My room was super cute! There was a slight smell on the pillows, but besides that everything was wonderful

When I inquired about an early check-in, I was assured it would not be a problem. What they failed to disclose was the $50 early check-in fee unless you enrolled in their rewards program. I called ahead and even exchanged messages with the property manager, yet at no point were these charges mentioned. The hotel also has an espresso machine that apparently no one knows how to operate. On two separate occasions, I requested a simple iced coffee with two pumps of white mocha. Instead of making it, I was told to drink the complimentary coffee, which tasted like dirty water, or purchase a bottled coffee from the refrigerator. The bartender was unable to prepare such a basic drink and even walked away to assist another guest checking in, leaving me standing there without offering to finish my order or ask another employee for assistance. The staff clearly need additional training, and the hotel would benefit from having more competent employees available during busy times. To make matters worse, a fire alarm was activated during my stay, and no staff member provided guests with any guidance or reassurance regarding their safety. Overall, the experience was mediocre. While the hotel offers a clean place to sleep for a night, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others

Property was fantastic. Booked the family room (with bunk beds, family of 5) and we all fit and slept comfortably without being on top of each other. Bathroom was super nice, great shower. The courtyard was set up to watch the World Cup, which was super thoughtful and super fun. Would definitely stay here again.

Inside is nice.

Their pillows case smell fine except the pillows smell like it’s never been wash and need to be replaced. Their pillows is very soft and twisted and old.
-
Excellent service at the front desk, bar and restaurant. Very, very comfortable beds!

Modern, church hotel located in midtown atl. Only stayed for a night but had a great time. Stayed with two kids; visited during the World Cup and they had a watching event in their patio. My kids played soccer with other kids and had a great time. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Great stay! Nice hotel, very clean rooms and the food was great at the bar/lounge.
-
Good location Pretty pricey, especially the breakfast, which wasn’t that memorable.

Had a really amazing time here! We traveled in for a wedding and from the very first encounter, we had impeccable hospitality. Barron went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay! The bartenders and manager whom we also met were especially nice when we missed the cut off for breakfast due to miscommunication. The chefs agreed to still make us a plate and we were beyond grateful! It really made us feel like family. We also loved the ambiance of the courtyard. Overall, 10/10 experience. It’s on the quieter side of Atlanta but still very accessible to everything. I would definitely recommend this location!
