Golden Nugget

I was at the Golden Nugget for a two night stay. I found that the people working there were about average as I was not impressed nor was I disappointed. The property is showing its age although I hear some rooms were renovated (not mine ☹️) . Although relatively clean I was very disappointed with how thin the walls were. I mean I could literally here everything my neighbors spoke about, knew when they took there showers and could here them snore, which was not pleasant. Just thankful that they weren’t in the mood for the nasty 😽 . Not all was bad… the pool was great, the ChartHouse was awesome. The casino had minimal poker games so I blew my money elsewhere. Like I said… some good, some bad and just a big hope that the hotel finds a way to do some sound proofing.

What's unique was the swimming pool and the hot tub . The garage wasn't really good, and they need more staff to clean the rooms.

Clean and away from boardwalk

The counter was dirty with sugar all over. I wait for an hour and a half to get to my room when we were about to check out we have to walk from the 10th floor to the checkout because the elevator was closed. They didn’t let us go in the elevator we have to walk down.

The bathrooms are very small, two people at one time cannot fit. The bathroom also doesn’t have any ventilation.

If you hadn’t been to Atlantic City before it can look a bit overwhelming and thinking the resort may be a bit off the main casino area.. that said, I’d say it is the best of both worlds. It’s literally 5 minutes from Gardiner’s point on the bay and the aquarium and walking along the sea wall in a quieter area of town. And when you want, 12 minutes from the action, the boardwalk and all the people watching you want. The resort is easy to navigate, lots of activities and very good selection of restaurants. The pool is clever. It is a very large rooftop area with multiple pool areas to relax, lounging areas for relaxing with an active staff to ensure food, and drinks. The Mexican restaurant was excellent. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to try the others. This looks like a favorite for getaways, we saw multiple groups of friends enjoying themselves. Definitely recommend , you can’t go wrong

Not good at all no clinging room bed expenses after 2 clack no kids allowed

My room was sold a I was put in a smoking room that was old a smelly. I Couldn’t sleep all night and now all my things have a smoke smell in them.

We enjoyed our trip. The pool was very relaxing.

Cleaning was so ,so

Overall property was very clean. I had reserved a basic King room. Checked in late after 11pm and all the King rooms were taken and they upgraded us to King Suite at the same price. I definitely recommend this property. All the other properties in Atlantic City were charging in excess of $300 per night

Check in was painless! Staff were very friendly and helpful 😃

They need to clean the room more often they never can to clean my room and my room matters one side was like it have a hole. Everything else was perfect
