Great value for stay in excellent property.

Loved the adult outdoor pool and the convenience of being close to it because of staying in the MGM tower .

this could be a perfect 5 out of 5, but the fact that you have to walk thru a smoke filled casino to get to restaurants is sickening...I get it, there are people that don't care about their heatlh or anyone elses, but maybe it's time to revisit the smoking policy and cater more to those that do! Also, don't waste your time at the slots...just make a check payable to MGM Resorts!😤

Great staff! The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel was beautiful, and the staff was very nice. Everything was convenient and we had a great time. Would definitely recommend.

The room was very clean and the staff was pleasant helpful throughout my stay.

You cannot order room service and expect real dishes or silver ware unless you spend at least $100. Try eating cold over easy eggs in the morning in a take out container. And coffee in to go cups ( which was cold by the way). All that for $75.00. Outrageous. The pool area is a sloppy mess. No rhyme or reason if chairs are available or not. A complete mess plus an $18.00 watermelon/feta salad in a very small take out bowl. I don’t know what happened to this property. Used to be the most upscale hotel in AC but no more.

Hotel and room beautiful. Adjacent entertainment and dining facilities was very good. Customer service at MGM Tower front desk. Unfortunately, the customer service during check in was disappointing. Some of the front desk staff were unwelcoming, and several other staff members were not pleasant or helpful. We were not given directions or a map of the hotel. We had to figure things out ourselves. The housekeeping staff were the only employees who were consistently pleasant and helpful. Overall, the level of the hotels front desk customer service did not match the quality of the property. Staff need better customer service training, especially those who interact directly with guests.

Everything was perfect

My experience at this property was highly disappointing, especially regarding the pools and child safety. Reaching the pool area, specifically the kids' pool, was extremely complicated and confusing—you easily get lost, particularly when coming down from the MGM Tower. The maintenance of the pool area is very poor; the smell of chlorine was overwhelmingly strong, and the water in the kids' pool was dark, murky, and clearly not changed regularly. Furthermore, there was a complete absence of lifeguards or staff supervising the pool to ensure children's safety, which is standard in other hotels. It was not a good experience at all, and I would not recommend it for families.

The stay in itself was extremely impressive and I will definitely stay there the next time I’m in Atlantic City

This is a first class run hotel. Beautiful

We stayed at the MGM Tower. The hotel, restaurants, shops, and casino were wonderful! Everything was great until we went to retrieve our car from the valet. They brought the wrong car - twice! Then the manager got snippy with me!! I did nothing wrong, I waited patiently for 45 minutes while they searched for my car. Then, to add insult to injury, they made me prove it was my car as if I were a criminal! Plus, they never offered to reimburse the valet fee - we left on a bit of a sour note.
