Very bad experience to stay in a hotel like Sheraton. Very bad infrastructure, rude behavior of the staff, bad room quality. I will never go to this property again.

The facility was clean and definitely served the purpose. Just a little outdated.

The property was clean itself and prompt check-in. Problem began with trying to access my room #1247. The key did not work and therefore after a very tiresome day, I had to go all the way back to front lobby! Then, when I entered my room was disappointed with having a dirty carpet, dirty toilet and tub that looked as if it had gone through war. There was hair on the floor which was not mine. I didn’t have fight in me to even complain because I had 3 -4 hours that o would remain in the room. I had a “pure” room and so the purifier was loud but I did not wake up with a headache or congestion. Honestly, if the plan is to use the room for sleeping purposes- then book it. If you looking for lux- this is not it. It is right across the street from outlet so that is a perk if you plan on shopping .

My room was very cleaned, shower, linens, floors etc and the atmosphere was very comfortable. Check in was an ease, and everything was in great working order.

They charge $30 a night to park- more than any casino!

All good, except this week’s check-in wasn’t nearly as welcoming as last week when I had the most wonderful, personable, experienced person check me in. It made a fantastic first impression. However, when I checked in yesterday, the associates all had coats on, didn’t smile, and didn’t seem happy to be there. The jacket thing was weird. Please make it a little warmer in there so associates don’t have coats on. Also, please have your associates smile and appear happy and excited that we are there. Great hotels that know hospitality understand that an upbeat, pleasant first impression goes a very long way toward guest satisfaction.

Clean hotel, good location, but the TV situation is awful (can't use hdmi or cast your phone). Restaurant hours are terrible, etc. Solid place if you want a good clean room, but, eh on the rest.
