Everything was perfect

Got charged for a canceled room at WindCreek and booked it again through Expedia it was cheaper.I was there the day I was charged by WindCreek in a room. Check out bill changed in price. 3 times. before we left poor accounting and reservation not being canceled by them. After a call They did refund that night. Just this part of the trip was aggravating.

I didn't get the room type I requested when I made my reservation.

I know storms cause outages but to have no entertainment for hrs is a bummer no TV with no signal.for hrs and hrs. Not good!!!!

The property was very nice. The property it was well kept and clean, customer service was outstanding. My only suggestion would be to make sure all the amenities are working properly and to update the menu offers in the buffet style restaurant. Some of the menu items were not the best and choices were very limited. Overall, the stay was amazing and I will definitely be staying again.

WindCreek Casino was a wonderful stay from the clean rooms, hospitality of the staff, experience of the Casino, game room, pool, and bowling alley.

I would definitely recommend this Hotel and Casino. It's very clean and the staff is very helpful. Good food and a beautiful pool and outdoors. The only thing they lack is a good work out room. I like to weight train and the Dumbells only go up to 50 pounds. Not much free weights.

The space was clean and all the accommodations over exceeded my expectations. Thank you Windcreek Atmore for another enjoyable stay.

Rooms size was outstanding, and very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, casino was good size and layout uses the Indian Casino bingo for random access generator. A fair destination rating due to restaurants. We found 1 very high-end restaurant; the buffet on the other hand is not worth the money especially for dinner.

The spa was amazing. We enjoyed the pool. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant Fire was top tier, from the quality of the food to the service. I do wish they had a quick food/snack counter instead of just the Market area.
