The room and bathroom are very spacious, and the building and area in general are new and clean. The staff was friendly The absence of air conditioning is a disaster if the temperature is above 30 degrees Celsius.

The wifi is not working well on our floor and the toilet door is broken

The accomodation is really good. Was near to metro station and groceeries stores near by. Toilets were neatly maintained and bed were comfortable. Internet was very weak and when informed to the receptionist. she said its same and they could not help with this. Also the location is at such place the mobile network is very low. I felt lost because WIFI was not working and no mobile data coverage. Some things has to be requested at reception like diswasher capsuals, tissue rolls which could have been arranged in the accomodation before.

Overall it was a pleasant experience, I highly recommend.

The sheets and blankets were clean. The hotel is smoke-free, yet you could often smell it in the corridors and sometimes the smoke would get into your room. The receptionists quickly reacted when we complained. The aired the corridors. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. The couch was a bit uncomfortable, the armrests were falling apart.

Only the location Not Elevator Service during 3 days that we stayed in the hotel. Can you imagine how we feel because we are hosted at the 9 level of the building (the highest level) , not wifi service, the room keys were not working properly because the system wasn’t working properly and the door locks was locked most part of the time so we’ve been going downstairs and coming upstairs most of the time. Not really a good experience.

The place was amazing

The staff were really helpful and friendly. Great staff really There is no air conditioning. So, you should avoid this hotel if you plan to come to Paris in the Summer. The room was really hot. The gay in the reception gave me a fan to put in the room. But there is no help. It was really hot. Also, I saw some insects Wood cockroaches

The apartment itself is very big, comfortable and has an excellent location. Breakfast is good and if you are a visiting researcher - the hotel is right next to the campus. Some of the staff members were very helpful, others - not so much (see below). There were some question marks: to begin with, the hotel itself does not have parking which is okay, but the staff had no idea where to point us in order to find one. It was discombobulating how uninformed about the area they were. Second, we have requested a baby bed in advance (two times) and our request was supposedly granted. Per arrival, no baby bed was located in the room. The person who worked at reception alone (9 floors of guests) managed to find some time and bring one an hour later. Third: the sink was very dirty per arrival and the apartment also looked like it was not thoroughly cleaned. Finally, the shower curtain did not really stop the water from leaking all over the bathroom floor.

Location was very convenient. Bus, Metro, Supermarket is just right up there. The Receptionist are not that too friendly(There's a black guy) - except the girl as she was too good to people.

I liked how comfortable and secure the apartment was. The location was perfect — peaceful, close to public transport, and near plenty of shops. The staff were extremely friendly, which made the experience even better. The wardrobe door was locked and couldn’t be opened, and the Wi-Fi connection didn’t work very well.

Location close to a Metro station. The room was spacious and had a kitchenette. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The check-in was a bit disorganised. Had to go and ask for crockery, cutlery and saucepan to be able to make use of the kitchenette. Could hear the people in the room above moving around. The room is very minimalistic, and would have appreciated some extra towels for a 3 night stay. There is no heating or cooling, so not sure how comfortable the rooms would be in winter and summer.

Close to metro station, restaurants and supermarket nearby, spacious apartment Too few dishes, only one knife for cutting, and since the guests wash the dishes themselves, the plates weren't washed well from the bottom.

Everything was very good. I have no objections.

Nothing We were really disappointed when we first saw the room. The hostel was dirty. In the bathroom there were yoilet paper pieces on the floor and also the rubbish wasn't emptied. The pictures were misleading. The bedding was torn and messy. They barely spoke any English, and we had to listen to the elevator beeping all night. At checkout, the guy at the front desk was just sitting with his friend. Told him the taxi was waiting for us. After my boyfriend expressed what he thought about the guy, the guy from reception wanted to start a fight.
