Great views out to sea and surrounding city, parks. Good hot shower, comfy bed, coffee machine, glass elevator with view to the harbour, bridge, and sky tower. Walking distance to lots of cafes, restaurants, and vector arena. Stain on carpet. Quite a small room. Bummer the rooftop sauna wasn't working

Great location, close to everything we needed. Staff were super friendly and the breakfast was great. Had lots of breakfast options for the kids too.

We spent 3 nights in the IHG. Good location in the downtown nearby the sea. There are many restaurants nearby. Shopping is so convenient. No issues for parking, except that the parking barrier couldn't work sometimes. Fair parking fee with sufficient parking spaces compared with other hotels. Breakfast buffet is satisfying. No heater in bathroom. feel a bit cold when bathing.

Loved the small touches, putting a towel at the end of the portacot and setting it up like a mini hotel bed! Also love how accommodating the staff were - so helpful and friendly. Probably just a little extra cleanliness in the bathroom. Vent was quite dusty and grout dirty but otherwise everything was great.

Many visitors at weekends. It's common to wait for couple minutes for the reception of breakfast buffet. But well organized and efficient. Parking & breakfast deverse the cost.

I cannot fault this hotel. Very clean, comfortable and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Will definitely be coming back again. The bed was super comfortable and we had the best view from our room

We were greeted and checked in by such friendly welcoming people. The room was clean and well laid out. I especially loved the bed, it was so comfortable. Great pressure in the shower as well. Thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast. It had been 20+ years since I had last been to this hotel and I loved my staycation.
