I booked through this site, however, the motel charged me for the price of the room instead of the bond and didn’t believe me when I said I had been double charged. Booking.com was very helpful though and rectified this for me.

Great location. Fabulous beds. Spotless clean Room temp was too hot - couldn’t turn air con down. Too complicated.

The bed was comfortable. They forgot my paid-for breakfast, had no wifi instructions, no room booklet, and no water besides tap. The desk staff was short-tempered and unwelcoming. No mention of on-site restaurant or if you needed reservations. I showed up tired and hungry and was not able to settle in until hours later because of the lack of information provided.

Clean, great staff to deal with. Every time we ask for something they were very prompt to deliver to our room. There was nothing in their control not to like. I only scored it a 9 as fire alarm on the 31st of July meant wifi was out all afternoon and night and I had some work deadlines. However even then when evacuating my 3 year old niece was a little scared and upset from the alarms. Before she could have a full melt down we pretended it was a game. We were on the 9th floor. The staff behind us were so calm and helpful some even joined in counting stairs. Your staff across all your services from valet, front desk to restaurant and bar, they were amazing! Thank you for a lovely stay!

The location is excellent and very close to the ferry terminal and the viaduct for restaurants. The Boda restaurant in the hotel was excellent. It's Korean fusion. We ate there twice and couldn't fault any of the dishes we chose. The waitstaff were friendly and attentive. The bed. I think they need to be replaced it was uncomfortable. The pillows also need to be replaced. The sheets on our bed didn't fit properly. It was like they were too small for the bed. It's a little nit picky but I feel in a hotel of this nature the bedding should be of good quality!
