I liked that they gave a refund. That they wouldn't accept a screen shot passport or New Zealand drivers license as sufficient identification it was not very for us human beings born and breed New Zealand, Aoteoroa!

Some guests were really nice by offering me free noodle soup. All the staff were polite and confident. Perfect location for new train subway station right there, and close to everything!!!!!! The general floors were not cleaned enough and didn't dry out enough and I'd highly recommend putting out the slippery wet beware signs up... normally a triangular stand, and yellow. My room electric socket was not attached properly.....was very look and dangerous. Some guests were rude and aggressive.

Nice and central, and very good value, the staff were very kind, and, given the window was hard to close properly, gave out a second warm blanket to those who requested one There was no warm water, at least not when I showered, closing the window in the room I was in required some dangerous climbing onto someone's back

The location is fantastic, DJ and Jemmy are doing a great job!!! Keep it up boys!!!! 1. Bed sheet was dirty with pillow cover. 2. There is a water pipe next to the bed, everytime water pouring with heavy sound and disturb sleep. 3. People was living with their e-Bike inside the room. 4. Many people are living not as a tourist but foreign residence. 5. I am not sure why they clean their butt with tissue, they should install water-jet to avoid disease.
