Place near by for the Embassay Outside Roaf works and the strom water was open and it was quite stinking.
-
location and price it gets cold even under the sheets, a heater would be good.
-
Comfy bed, average room, great view from room, good shower pressure. Reception were borring, rude and blunt, same rules for temporary stays as long term which is strange. Having to go down to several floors do washing or heat up food, air cond was constantly on automatically.

Nice location to walk around from. Parking garage not too far away. Vending machine was expensive and did not have too many options. Shared bathrooms felt a little cramped.
-
I liked the location It was not clean, and there was no cleaning during the 3 days i stayed
-
The kitchen and the fridge have no windows in there, so in The fridge room the smell isn't so good. The sink are always with leftovers.
-
he best thing is the location. I also noticed that the rooms are comfortable and that they are investing in improving the spaces. I didn't like that the kitchen is very dirty, the cleaning staff is not friendly and in general the attention to the guest is not very good. Especially the administrator who doesn't solve the problems.

Arrogant, racist manager a total cunt

Location is good and staff was nice! Place is not very clean and building is very tired.

One of the receptionist is very rude and annoying to see. The room was dirty, smelly you can't open a windows amd the AC was off. There is no nice common spaces just a couple of couches at the reception. But not space for work or study. The kitchen is so and so without windows and the freezer is in another room also not really close. The dining area si a other separate room. Then there si another room for the storage. So uncomfortable. The bed is super uncomfortable and walls are like papers so you can hear everything. Over all a very bad experience.

Service that we were all separated in different rooms
-
Kitchen and bathroom dirty. The staff are not friendly.
-
Comfortable in the room
-
The room looks like unprivate room because they put twins bed Eventhough for 1 guest.that's why I was shock when I know the bed isn't single like normal private room.i would say it's unusual room for 1 guest.hopefully in the future they set up single bed.

Your receptionist, Emi should undergo more soft skills training. Staff was unkind.
-
Good location and within walking distance from the main bus station and Albert Park. Lots of travelers passing through so there’s always someone to talk to if you’re up for it. No bathroom in the lobby!
