Its not that i didnt know , but it was a bit far from center

The staff was helpful and the room was clean , comfortable and nicely decorated . There was a lot of natural light during the day and also cozy lighting for the night . The bed was super comfortable as well . Inside the bathroom there was an electric heater that was helpful in order to dry some clothes and get warmed up .

No toilet roll in toilet, only three tissues in dispenser so gad to go hunting fir some, which I found in cupboard by lifts.

Nothing! We arrived 10.50 pm. at the hotel, and it was locked. Despite them writing to ask for an email and a phone number, which I provided promptly, to send me a code for a key box, they never did send it. I wrote to them to update our arrival time and to ask for the code again to no avail. Upon arrival, we started calling a number from a note on the door and wringing a porter's bell, yet again, no answer whatsoever! And it was 11.00 in the evening, it wasn't even that late! We stayed there for half an hour after a 20-hour trip and nobody answered our calls and wringing! At last, I called Booking.com and they offered to send us to a different hotel for the night and to deal with a refund from Arthotel ANA Gold. Thank you, Booking!

We really liked the beds, and the swimming pool. We did not take any breakfast so it is hard to say much about it. It’s a pleasant place overall, and it’s nice that you can park at the property; The toilet in the room of my daughters did not flush properly, and the toilet in our room had no seat (and the broken seat on the floor was a bit dirty)
