Reviews
-
It was dusty.
-
The entrance was not so easy to find at first and it was very hot. Air condition would have been nice. There was a fan, it was ok, but made some noise during the night.
-
There is no ac, the room was very hot.
-
Clean and modern. No AC that we could find.

The Hotel was located very close to Augsburg Central Station which is besides the Deutsche Post. Room was good enough with all the amenities as described and its value for the money charged per night. Stayed here second time within 1 year. The direction of the liquid bath soap was towards the wall which was fixed, and we can't move it to the other side. It was hard to take the soap in that direction.
-
No air conditioning and lots of brothels in the area
-
Good pricing, location just next to train station.

Location was perfect

Communication with staff was a bit off at times.

Here’s a polished and natural booking review in English: Great hotel. Free access to a proper gym – not the usual “hotel gym” with two dumbbells and a jump rope, but a large, well-equipped chain gym, even with a sauna. The location is excellent, right next to the train station. Very friendly staff and a varied, good breakfast. The only downside: the beds were very uncomfortable and quite hard.

The location couldn't be better - right next to the train station. Discounted covered garage near by to park car. Good local commerce and near by places to eat. Staff was fantastic too - gentleman at the front desk and in the breakfast area were friendly and kind to us. The room & bathroom were a bit smaller than what we had anticipated (compared to our room in Frankfurt). We had to play Tetris to make our suitcases stay out of our way. If felt a bit stuffy. The light in the bathroom didn't work very well and the soap dispensers (sink & shower) were way too high for our tall 5 year old to reach.

Rooms should include some facilities, like water boilers, table and chairs.
-
The location couldn’t be better and the breakfast was good. The room was a bit too dark and the heater made noises at night, waking me up.
-
Had an early morning train out so needed to be next door. Needed to drop off rental car. Perfect location for both. Shower didn’t have rubber on bottom of door so water soaked the floor…

Convenient to public transportation. Quiet. Comfortable bed. I personally do not like dark interiors. Bathroom was cramped into triangular space. There was not visible dust on furnishings, but in sunlight you could see the air was filled with dust particles.

staff were nice Room smelled badly like dog. It was a dog friendly room. I do not have a dog. Charged me 15 Euro to store a bag from 8am to 3pm. They have a new "pay for" locker. I've never been charged to store a bag. There are other hotel options. I won't be back.

It is the best hotel in Augsburg I’ve been for such as good price per 2 nights, even water and fridge inside. No cons, excluding one I mention below. We were a group of 6 boys, I booked 6 single beds 6 month ago. So, what did we get? 3 rooms with double beds. Were we happy? – No. Did we get an excuse or discout from the property? – No. It was just simple: “We have no more rooms with singles, even in other cities nearby. Sorry. Have fun! :)"

Entrance was a little confusing to find getting in late at night if you’ve never been there before, but it wasn’t that big of a deal.

The rooms could be cleaner (found some hairs in one of the beds and stuff stuck to one of the pillow cases) and the toilets are in clear need of renewal as they are quite stained. The rooms themselves also seem dated. You have to request room cleaning before 8 AM by filling a small card, and even then the cleaning is not thorough (toilet not completely clean, drinking glasses as I left them, some of the garbage still in the room). The rooms also tend to be dark unless you open the curtains completely or turn on every single light in the room.
