Not enough information in English about where to get a coffee or food. It’s a big campus- they should give you a map. The neighborhood is a little weird but the streetcar is 350 steps away

excellent breakfast, good selection difficult signage to find parking and front desk from road

The spa was very nice, and the restaurant was very good. The elevator in the original wing of the hotel was small. Their were no luggage carts available for use at the front entrance by reception. The front desk lady upon check in was not very friendly. She did not give any information on breakfast, the spa, or hotel amenities.

Oh my goodness—what a fun, colorful & artsy hotel—our group loved it! We appreciated the artistry of the decorum which was enhanced by the ‘ patchwork’ of the actual building… rooms cute, spacious & clean, lovely garden, nice pool & sauna (would have appreciated earlier hours of opening) and the restaurant—oh my! Our meals/breakfast were absolutely superb—KUDOS to the amazing chef and to the professional & kind (phenomenal) team/staff that served our table—outstanding indeed! **Bonus— totally pet friendly—we loved that!

Our reception on arrival left us feeling dissatisfied but the hotel was otherwise good. Before arrival, we had booked a comfort room through booking.com. Initially we were going to book a standard but saw on the hotel's website that comfort room bookings included access to the hotel spa. On booking.com it did not indicate if this was also true for comfort rooms booked through booking.com. On arrival the hotel was busy with a conference. I attribute much on the receptionist's attitude to the stress of their situation - we felt like another obstacle in her day that she needed to get through as quickly as possible. This was noticeable in simple things. One example was omitting to tell/remind us where the elevator was for access to our 4th floor room - pillars in the lobby obscured it from view such that we missed it and took the stairs. Another example was the lack of an offer of somewhere to secure our bicycles (even when asked) but instead direction to just find somewhere in the carpark - the 5 other hotels on our bike trip had all had a storage room or similar where bicycles could be kept. Our final disappointment was that the booking through booking.com of a comfort room did not grant spa access in the way that a direct booking of a comfort room through the hotel website does. This was understandable but unexpected and poorly explained by the staff - as though we should have known and was not something that should be made clearer on both booking.com (i.e. wellness not included) and on the hotel's website (i.e. wellness offer exclusive for direct bookings with the hotel). Otherwise the hotel room was fine, though uncomfortably warm despite the cool April night. The hotel could get some thinner bed covers to make sleeping less warm (with thicker blankets for those needing them placed in a wardrobe) and the hotel should consider investing in energy saving lightbulbs or led lighting to reduce heating of the room by their incandescent bulbs.

Very friendly staff. The room was clean and quite. The restaurant was also fine. Although the hotel is at the ring and far from city center there is a tram stop nearby and in less then 20 min we got there. The ventilator in the bathroom didn't work and the whole moisture went in the room. The sauna area had 4 different sauna types but all of them were practically cold and useless.

An eclectic hotel...plenty of character. I imagine it gets busy at weekends but it was very peaceful when we were there. Food excellent, generous proportions. Perhaps the shower in the room could have been hotter but the weather was really hot so we were happy. But I am splitting hairs to put anything at all here

The property is disgusting, the staff unhelpful. Nothing like the pictures, do not stay here. It was falling apart and unclean. Overgrown weeds, plants outside, my room had not been clean before my check in and it was apparent when I entered the room. Only one person was on staff for the entire hotel.

Great hotel, very nice people. Great accommodation and lovely interior. Love the pool and sauna. Nice garden. The room was a bit hot, air conditioning would have been nice.

location was ideal, close to the Autobahn which worked for us. Breakfast was a buffet, plentiful, good variety, very good. Dinner at the restaurant was outstanding room was very hot - it was a very hot summer day and didn't cool down much over night. But there were automatic shutters on the windows, so you could have the windows open with the shutters down, which helped during the night

Near a shopping center with subway and grocery store The SPA is not included. I asked the quotes for the breakfast but didn’t book it. But the receptionist booked it and charge me 59 euros even I didn’t have it. I paid for something which I didn’t take. My money was stolen.
