except we paid extra for vegan breakfast and the first morning we had barley any options, and the second morning the staff was so late getting to the property that we had to leave to catch our train before they even started setting up breakfast

Very comfortable beds, very quiet, very clean, easy access in a car as part of a roadtrip Nothing, it is a little way out of the centre, but there was a tram outside the door

The staff was very impolite because the information desk employee saw that we had problems with check-in but didn’t want to help us. Also, the room smelled very bad, and it was uncomfortable to stay there.

Check in and Check out was very smooth. Room didn’t have any soap/shampoo and albeit I had asked some hotel staff for replenish, they took care of the order but when I arrived to my room, there was still no soap/shampoo. Besides this, we have left the room at around 10:30 and thought the room would be cleaned/taken care off (as room cleaning was mentioned to occur until 12:00) but nothing happened and room maintenance was not there.

I had booked 1 day stay, I wanted to do some changes in the booking, I mailed, messaged many time, but I didn't get any response. Very bad experience

It was quiet and cozy. There was no coffee machine and or kettle in the room, it is the least you could have in a hotel considering the amount one pays.

Conveniently located coming from the highway but also well connected with the city center by tram; small but clean rooms; fine breakfast. It was our first time at a B&B chain and it exceeded our expectations.

New building, reasonable price. Very large windows without a sheer curtain to prevent being seen from outside. Industrial location with limited places to eat. We did not opt to eat at the offered buffet for $14 euros.

Good location for what I needed. I could hear some plumbing and some noises very early in the morning while I was trying to sleep.
