There is nothing to like about this disgusting and dirty hotel Everything Especially the staff, they lack basic manners, curtesy and always come up with disgusting and disrespectful attitude No matter how many times You ask for cleaning they will not clean nor care about your requests No parking no decent breakfast They don’t even provide basic things like a kettle or a iron box to press your clothes nor there is any kind of laundry You can only find 1 Italian restaurant and 1 bakery nearby which are way too expensive, unless you book a cab or go by car you can’t find anything decent to eat

Staff remembered us and gave us our former room.

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

Staff told a story about parking--upon our arrival, we waited for staff to raise gate to enter the parking lot. No one answered the buzzer, so after some minutes we phoned. Staff told us we were at the service gate (?, main road) and needed to pay to enter--ok, what's the problem?? It was dark and terrible weather. Guests don't deserve such a welcome to a hotel. Please train your staff to welcome guests inside first, then explain parking fees.

The location was good. I wish we knew the cost for parking at booking.

No coffee machine in room ?

The room itself was adequate. Wifi worked well. Shower worked well. The staff was very friendly. The bed itself was comfortable. The room was quiet. Parking on site is good. The location wasn't the best. A long walk to get to the streetcar. The pillows were too soft, and I got a stiff neck from them. The bathroom is very small.

The rooms are pretty small and come in different configurations: some have a separate toilet and shower that share a sliding door, which is a bit awkward; others have a big complete bathroom. Some rooms also face the building next door, so the window has no view whatsoever. The doors are easy to slam, and if it's a door close by, your whole room will shake (I almost got a heart attack multiple times because my neighbors kept slamming the door violently and constantly). You'll also hear the neighbors if they are noisy. The reception is closed on Sundays until later in the day (but you can check-in yourself using the terminals). The rooms smell a bit musty. The breakfast "to go" consists of two loaves of bread, butter, one apple, one yogurt and one coffee. Unless you have a car, you'll have to walk quite a bit to get to the tram and even more if you need a decent supermarket.

Good place to.stay for a stop.

You have to physically check in at reception and pay for parking before you get a code to open the barrier to the carpark.

  • Engine customer Apr 2025

Rooms are stylish and have everything you need. The prices in the vending machines are reasonable. We arrived at 23.03, reception closed at 23.00 There was somebody still standing at the desk but he ignored us trying to get his attention for help with getting into the car park. I didn't mind having a self checkin but was really frustrated that we could not gain entrance to the car park, meaning we had to go search for parking on the side streets. We called both lines connected to the machine at the entrance of the car park and no one answered. We also called the emergency number and again no one answered. That is really not ok and there is no reason you couldn't have supplied us with the code to the car park in advance.

Tv, nice shower, calm After my second night, I went to the reception to ask if it was possible to cancel one night from one of the two rooms I had reserved and receive a refund. In total, I had booked five nights. The receptionist told me he wasn’t aware of such a possibility. When I asked about the hotel's cancellation policy, he said he didn’t know it. I then asked if I could speak to his manager, but he informed me that the manager wasn’t available and that I needed to send an email with my request. I found it very strange that I was being asked to send an email while I was speaking to a staff member in person. His explanation made no sense to me, and to my surprise, he even told me to write a “nice” email and to “beg” for a refund for that one night. I told him clearly that I wasn’t going to beg for my money—I just wanted a clear and honest answer about the hotel’s policy. After some more back and forth, he finally told me that he had checked and that if I cancelled the night before 7:00 PM, I would be eligible for a refund. I followed his instructions and sent the email. However, one hour later I received a response saying that a refund was not possible. When I returned to the hotel later that afternoon, I discovered that I had been checked out without any notice. I immediately went to the reception to ask what had happened. At first, the receptionist refused to help me, saying he was on his break and I had to wait. I refused and insisted that he immediately reactivate my room. He eventually did, but told me that I had cost him his break. The fact that I had to drive two hours back and forth to resolve this issue didn’t seem to matter to him at all. I also tried to reach him by email and phone afterward, but received no reply. As a result, I was forced to return to the hotel in person to find out what was going on. The worst part of all was that when I finally got back into the room, I realized that housekeeping hadn’t even cleaned it.
