The exception view from the room on the 7th floor.

Located next to a beautiful park for walking. It was clean, modern. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

First was search for parking (20 min going in circles hoping something remotely close would come up). It didn't. Waited for check in abt 30 min. Check in absolutely no cs. They did they job yes but to be friendly and welcoming No. Carpet dirty, no phones in room (booked a junior suite mind you) NOT even a Welcoming card. Hotels usually have something waiting for you hut here 0. Shower OMG; shower head kept falling off, used a "hose" from shower to wash off, leaking water all over bathroom so walking out was a challenge. Waiting woth soap on for abt 15 min for hot water to come up. Barely did. AC not existing in this suite. 2 balconies. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE. Tv abt 20 yrs ols. Time for update

There restaurant was closed the entire time I was there. Disappointing as I was never informed prior to checking in. My room seemed un-vacuumed. I felt like a was given the room nobody wanted on the second floor with all the bird netting g over the windows.

Beautiful grounds. Right next to the events hall.

Great cozy room. Lovely breakfast. Great location in a park. Pretty and peaceful!

There are no complaints, there is no garage, but a nearby public parking lot where you always get a space.

Room is cosy. 1). I reckon breakfast menu can be changed/improved. I had the same food for 5x continuous days. 2). Houseflies spotted in my room - It's irritating 3). Check-in time can be brought forward before 3pm. 4). My room booking is through Booking.com and my requests for receipt/invoice is rejected as it is not paid to the hotel. Does it hurt to print out a receipt for guest?

I liked the comfy bed and pillow and that it's so close to the congress hall where I was attending an event. I couldn't go to spa, but there is one on the UG floor. The waitresses serving and clearing tables at breakfast were friendly and quick. - reception took too long even though there weren't that many people - in the 3rd floor room I stayed, there was no WiFi nor good 5G signal reception - ancient appliances - hair dryer blew just hot air; no coffee machine, just the cheap instant coffee sachets were provided; room wasn't lit much, light in the washroom was flickering - no bath tub - ancient low resolution small TV.. better replace it with 1940 projectors - window may only be reclined for safety purposes, which for my case broke it (hinges came off the sockets, that I managed to place them back in) - no use of balcony if you can't go outside. The view itself is that of an abandoned building with hipster graffiti - I didn't find breakfast to be "very excellent" it was average at best - I'm particular about croissants and coffee - on top of all this, some people smashed car doors with loud german rap/hipster music playing very early morning
