Everything was perfect. Great room with a beautiful view of the garden. We were met at the front door when we arrived and shown the entire place. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel has to inforce the proper parking of the cars within the designated spaces, as people park like they are the only ones in the parking lot

I was very satisfied. Great location if you own a car. Bus stop is not far though. My room had a beautiful view on the lake.

Beautiful garden courtyard, nice staffs

Nothing essential. The rude attitude of the receptionist, lack of possibility of having a tea in the room (they say to ask the receptionist for a kettle but it was 11 in the night so noone there). Howver nothing to prevent us to choose the same location in Augsburg.

No lift.

This property was fantastic, eventhough a little bit outside the city center. It is very well located across the street from a tram stop that took us into the city within 5-10 minutes. The breakfast provided was excellent. It had many options and one of the owners was there to greet us every morning with a smile and anything we needed. She even sent us home with a local spice mix that i liked so much on my eggs she made to order. The room was clean and functional. Overall, great value, exceptional service and we'll located. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Love home feel

Quaint, cosy, bread and breakfast charm, Jennifer was extremely pleasant and helpful.. the room 31 she gave us probably had the best garden view.. will revisit and recommend.. no elevator so don't bring too heavy or too many luggages.. otherwise very difficult to fault the place or the staff?..

The room was very clean with everything you need, reception and booking is very easy, everything worked well. Just one negative, the breakfast badly needs hot food options. There were not even any eggs. Cold cheese, cold ham, cold tomatoes and cold yoghurt is not breakfast, its a snack for a hot summer afternoon.

Lovely spacious room with view over the carefully tended and attractive garden. A small but nicely stocked honesty bar was useful, as was being able to ask for a kettle and mugs in our room. Tremendously cheerful reception and service at breakfast. Location is convenient, with the No 1 tram outside the door, whisking you to Königsplatz in 7-8 minutes . NotrThe garden was lovely. If we had had warm weather we'd have spent time in it, although I think the noticeable traffic noise from the big bypass nearby might have intruded. But the windows in our room were very effective at keeping the rumble out.

Very good. Attentive staff willing to please Furniture and carpets looked a bit tired.

Girl at reception desk was so kind and answered our questions and helped us get around town. Hotel was so comfortable and clean and the garden of the house is sooo beautiful! Loved this hotel and would stay again. It had parking which was fabulous and a train stop outside the building. Safe, quiet, and comfortable area. Nothing! Loved it all

No staff to be found to open the sauna facilities.
