The cleanliness and the staff was great. The breakfast needs to have more for the people that do not eat pork.

When we made the reservation, we selected a room with a king bed! When we checked in we were given a room with 2 queen beds!! They said there was an issue with the room we requested and there were no rooms with a king bed available!! We were given 'take it or leave it' attitude with no additional options or solutions after driving 8+ hours to get there! Not a pleasant end to our day!!

Everything was great the room the beds everything I didn’t like getting woken up out my sleep 830 in the morning by housekeeping stating they was checking the room to see if I was still in there when I know check out time is at 11am

Staff at this location are EXTREMELY friendly and accommodating.

Stayed when there was a storm that caused a power outage. Staff handled situation well. Hotel needs to invest in a generator.

Great experience

Room needs some basic maintenance. Shower faucet was dripping and the bathroom door didn’t close correctly. The pool was closed all the week. Apart from that it is well recommended.

The guy that checked us in was super helpful and sweet. He even let us check in early. The only reason I can’t give four stars is the breakfast was not good. The selection was nothing, what was out was cold and the lady putting out the food acted like she hated her life. Another huge reason I can’t give four stars is the pool. It rained early in the day but not very much. I came down hours later and the pool was closed. I went to the front desk and asked if it would be closed all evening and the lady was dry and rude and said I don’t know the maintenance man handles that and he is gone. My 8 year old autistic daughter was literally sobbing and she just looked at us and said nothing. We stayed here because of the pool but also because we are dropping my son off at Ft Jackson and all she wanted to do was swim with her only sibling before leaving him again for months. I guess I expected a let me see at least or something.

Everything was nice and clean, staff were nice and friendly, and I’m the hotel snob in my family and yet I didn’t have the hebbie gebbies not one time while staying there. AND the breakfast food was delicious too, so much so I made myself 3 waffles to take home
