Exceptional

Room was clean, pool was open and clean, and the staff were friendly and assisted with any needs. Breakfast was pretty slim on options, lobby smelled like mothballs, and the A/C in the hallway and the lobby was not working. A couple of towels and a pillowcase did have light staining.

It was decent for the price . Staff were friendly and helpful . Near stores , grocery stores and restaurants. The pool was clean .

The size of the room. The fact that I specifically reserved a handicapped room and the front desk and Booking.com screwed it up. Fortunately they had a room available otherwise it was a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Don't like having to confirm a room that I need EVERY TIME!

Initially I was given room 106. The bedding detail / accent pillow , bottom of the bed sham , was missing from both beds. There was 6 pieces of hair in the bathroom . I got them up with a wet wipe but when I moved the door a dirty towel was behind the door hanging up . Not sure if this room is used by the staff perhaps to take naps or what but clearly this room had been used and not cleaned in between . I immediately went to tel staff who nobody apologized or questioned even what I said . Just immediately gave us a new room . Room 103 which had decorative pillows on the bed the bed sham and no dirty towels in the bathroom . Very different appearance from room 106 . My issue is I love this brand . I usually stay here in NOLA and it’s amazing which is why I chose this hotel over the others in Augusta . I would not book this location again . Initially I was given room 106. the location there’s literal bed bugs & the owner will refuse you a refund or any kind of compensation. he will also blame you for getting bit by bed bugs in HIS hotel! disgusting place with a even worse owner

only thing good about this property is the location This place was extremely dirty. i found bedbugs in my room & i got bit terribly. I told the front desk & the manager is just a disgusting person. he did not care. at all. he even told me “i dont care, bring your lawyers & sue me”, all when i told him i felt i was being treated wrong. i got no compensation. I got no apology. All i got was yelled at by the property owner.

Myself and families stay was horrible. There was mold all in the bathroom, we stayed there for 2 weeks. The AC was broken so it made the whole room moist from it being so humid, they offered to move rooms twice and those rooms were even worse, broken shower rod/curtain, dirty rooms. It was terrible, there were people all around the property smoking and doing drugs. The first night we checked in we found needles on top of the closet and a piece of aluminum foil on the floor which you can tell had some kind of cooked drug on it. It was terrible! Every morning the men who did room service would just randomly open the room door it was just horrible. Stay away from this hotel! It’s a shame because it can be a nice hotel. By the way they run it makes it terrible!

I thought the value was very good - a small seating area felt like we had extra room compared to a traditional hotel room. Bathroom was large as well. The smell in the lobby was not pleasant. Also, we had a coffe maker in the room as advertised but there was no actual coffee provided in the room.
