My room was really clean

The carpet was nasty and the headboard was all scratched up...the sink didn't have good pressure

We arrived during an absolute downpour with flash flood warnings after hours on the interstate. As first-time guests, I expected a simple welcome and basic check-in information. Instead, I was handed key cards with no greeting, no directions to the room or elevator, no parking information, and no mention of breakfast or any other hotel amenities. When I asked where I was supposed to go, I was questioned about whether I'd really never stayed there before and treated like I was inconveniencing the front desk just by asking. When I returned to report the odor in the room, things got worse. Instead of an apology, I was questioned about how long I'd been there and whether I'd touched or damaged anything. The second employee inspected the room before moving us, commented repeatedly about guests smoking, sneaking pets, and damaging rooms, and as we walked away told the first employee that if I didn't like the next room they could just cancel my reservation—in the middle of a severe storm. The first employee even rolled her eyes at me during the interaction. The replacement room was cleaner, had no odor, and worked perfectly well for the night. Unfortunately, not a single apology was offered, and the customer service was shockingly unfriendly. Being treated like a problem instead of a tired, soaking-wet traveler was by far the worst part of the stay.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking is very poor, you share parking with three other hotels. There is a good chance you will not park near your hotel. Spaces are close together so door dings are a reality. Breakfast was disappointing, to be fair it is a free breakfast but it was mediocre and not what others put together at other hotels. I would probably not stay here again.

Breakfast was a little sketchy - sausage and egg biscuits, waffles. Only one banana.

Room was wonderful. Employees were very accommodating and friendly. Great stay.

Great place for a quick stop over!

Thankful we were only there to sleep. Room was clean but hallway and common areas smelled heavily of pot. I’ve from machine had black specks in it. Parking is horrible!

Location and cleaning I couldn't take a bath because there was no water in the entire hotel; plus, there was a party in the room next door that went on late—they made as much noise as possible until late, not to mention the marijuana smoking.
