Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Denver Aurora/ Medical Center

We had a 9 day stay and never had a change of bedding, housekeeping seemed short staffed. Were promised several days that it would be done, but was never done.

The pool was out of service our entire 3 night stay. I asked for room service 2 days in a row and never got any.

I think money should be given back when the hot tub isn’t working and you aren’t told about it. We got there the lady said it was open but when we checked it was cold and she just said oh well it’s closed then.

Not a great hotel. The hotel is older and the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything around you. Tv didn’t work half the time, everything was kinda dingy and old. Breakfast was very poor. Don’t recommend. There are other hotels close by that are far better

Location was great for where I was working. Breakfast has multiple options and it was quiet for good sleeping.

A couple of doors down, a child screamed for hours.

Booked two rooms each for 4 people, layout was 1 king bed with a sofa pull out. The sofa pull out had not bedding and when going to the front desk was informed that the hotel was at full capacity and there was no extra bedding. hotels.com showed 5 rooms available, not sure why the hotel wouldn't provide bedding. Won't stay there again.

The room was dirty had cereal and trash by the beds. Had 2 infants in room that were crawling that is a huge choking hazard. The pool and hot tub were closed. If I had known that I wouldn't have even booked this hotel. There was a wrag wrapped around the pipes of the sink. And the 3rd floor screen was ripped off the bottom of the window.

Stayed 12 nights , they didn’t change sheets or clean room once after several request. Asked for towels and did receive them, received unwelcoming looks from staff for grabbing juice and fruit 10 min prior to breakfast being available, this place is not bad but service needs major attention, thank you

Clean room, quiet . Staff helpful and supportive. Breakfast is well kept and a number of choices such as waffles, hot eggs and meat, breads, cereal, and fruit. Only able to use hot tub 1 out of three evenings due to maintenance.

The staff had a baby crying there and the tub looked worn out with cracks and laundry machines are old and noisy and did not work well it said 30 minutes max for washing and 30 minutes dry and that was a lie and when I asked for a refund , that was received well

The staff at checkin was fabulous. Super efficient and friendly. Our first room smelled badly of pet urine so we went down to the front desk and she promptly and kindly changed our room. When we got to our new room it was dirty but the bed looked clean so we wiped everything down and went to bed as it was late. When we woke up we noticed white stuff on the carpet, very souled towels, and some sex looming cards in the dresser drawer, the window was also open. The mirrors were filthy with some type of goop. We should have stayed at a motel 6.
