Hotel was dirty no complimentary hygiene products?Bed was lumpy and squeaky aC did not work with a 100° weather outside. The workers seemed irritated and understaffed. Hallway smelled of marijuana and pee tV picture barely worked

Breakfast. Didn’t have waffles one day and no eggs ever.

Outside and inside is dirty. Room was clean. People who stay in hotel was having party on parking lot by window at night time so I have to change the room!

It was a horrible experience. After we were checked in & charged we were told the a/c could not be set below 70°. When we got in the room it was set on 90° & it was insanely hot & would not blow cool air for more than a couple minutes at a time.

Dirty no pool no ice no air conditioning had to pick up on the door to open and shut if we just left after 15 minutes

Toilet clogged, Swimming pool had no swimming it was closed and dirty, No breakfast as stated.

The woman working at the front desk was lovely. Everything else about this hotel was horrible. The AC did not work and neither did the elevator. The carpet in all the hallways was filthy and stained. But the worst part was that someone had urinated in the stairs and hallways and it smelled horribly. There were what looked to be folks on drugs wandering around and other homeless look people trying to get into the building. I assume this facility must be used to house the homeless overflow from shelters? I'm really glad they have a place to stay but I don't want to be in filth. We walked up 3 flights of stairs to find the AC not functioning and immediately left. The patient lady at the desk cancelled our reservation and was very sorry about things. Don't bother with this place unless you feel comfortable living under a bridge.

The front desk personnel on Saturday was much better and very pleasant.

Side area Outside is okay

This is THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! Hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel had no AC in a heat wave, when I asked for my room to be moved I was told” They couldn’t move me because none of the rooms have air”. The room said microwave/refrigerator. The rooms didn’t have either no microwave. No refrigerator. Advertisement says pool. Pool was out of order. Elevator out of order you have to take the steps only. I couldn’t find anyone at the front desk, because they are constantly in the back smoking. No ice. Apparently it to was broken. PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE do me a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE. Do not patronize this establishment with your hard earned money. I’ve stayed in over 30 hotels for work this year alone. This place is by far my worst experience ever!!

ESTÁ DESCUIDADO Y HUELE MAL EN LOS PASILLOS

The place is very rundown. The planks in the room have raised up so you trip over them. The air conditioning was not working and the temperature in the room was 80 degrees. Staff did not inform me when I checked in. When complained they said I should leave and they would refund, this was at 11:00 at night. When I checked in they first told me when I mentioned how warm the room was,to turn ac on and come back a little later. It was still at 80 when I came back and of course at 11pm it is impossible to find a motel.

Nothing Nothing beer bottle is broken in the driveway. Elevator didn't work.

The area was ok 90% of the rooms did not have a/c including mine. And they had no room to move me to with a working a/c
