Amazing facility! Great places to eat and extremely clean!

    Clean rooms. Good food. Pricey.

Clean environment, easy to navigate. Only thing that was a bummer is we were under the impression we would be able to enjoy the super hero perks they were announcing. That’s only seems to be available during the weekend. We were there Monday-Thursday so it was a let down for the kids.

It simply was an amazing property and sitting outside and watching the sunset and seeing our family in Denver, they all came over. We also really enjoyed the lazy river and the staff was excellent.

    Amazing! Always a good time!

Overall, the place is very nice and the indoor and outdoor pools are fun. My biggest issue is that on a Sunday in summer, packed with families they had only one out of five restaurants serving breakfast. There was a huge line and a long wait, so we grabbed coffee and pastries at the little market place but there was a long wait there. Not ideal for a family with hungry kids.

Property and amenities were okay. No microwaves in room so plan to spend money on food- we went to a pub inside and food was okay.

Our weekend getaway for our anniversary was amazing

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

We enjoyed the hotel, and the pools. We had lunch at the grain something restaurant. The pizza was very good. The service was good. We had dinner at the cooper table it was horrible. We spent over $100 with tip and ate very little of our dinner. The breakfast croissant from the market was not good. The parking fee is ridiculous, we paid over $550 to stay at the hotel and ended up paying $51 for parking. When we got to the hotel we were told that the outside pool areas would be closed for a private event starting at 3.That was extremely disappointing since we were not informed of this when making the reservation.

    Ok todo muy bien

Pool and restaurants are a major bonus. Staff was rude and uninterested in helping guests.

I liked the spacious feel though I didn’t feel there was the staff to accommodate such a large facility. The first time in over 20 years that I did not feel my Elite Titanium status!

The pool was nice I was very disappointed with my experience. It felt like none of the staff were on the same page. I asked multiple employees—including the front desk, pool staff, and restaurant staff—about the local resident card, and I kept getting sent back and forth between departments. No one seemed to know anything, and I never received one. It was frustrating having to run around without getting any answers. Later that evening, we went to Rockies Bar & Grill to order dessert to take back to our room, and we experienced the same issue. The hostess told us to order at the bar, but when we went there, the bartender told my husband he couldn't order from that spot and had to go somewhere else. It was confusing, disappointing, and honestly embarrassing. We ended up leaving without ordering anything. When we asked the pool hostess about the local resident discount card, he gave us a strange look and said it didn't exist, which only added to the confusion since other staff had told us something different. The restaurants throughout the resort were extremely expensive, and unfortunately, the food wasn't worth the price. We were hoping to find a casual place with reasonably priced finger foods or snacks, but there really weren't many affordable options. Parking was another disappointment. Charging $33 per day for self-parking is excessive, especially when you're already paying resort rates. We also expected to see the DC Super Hero experiences as advertised, but we didn't see any characters during our stay. Nearly every activity required an additional fee, and the prices were much higher than expected. Aside from the pool, there wasn't much else to do. We were also surprised there weren't more indoor shops or attractions to explore. Overall, the resort itself is beautiful, and the pool was the highlight of our stay.

Would have given more stars but the beds are super uncomfortable.

Fun hotel for families with little ones. This is a massive hotel that has a lot to choose from.

Loved this place! The pool and lazy river were amazing

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Clean room, the pools were busy but we went in the summer.

The hotel staff is warm and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The minigolf area was disappointing and not well maintained. We expected more given the price of the hotel. However, we would stay there again.
