Was a last minute decision. I was very satisfied with the pricing, cleanliness, hot water, comfy bed......but,,,, the breakfast was the worst ive ever experienced at an IHG property. No selection very minimal choices, crappy eggs no fruit and definitely not the IHG standards that I have become accustomed to. I threw away 90% of my plate. On a final positive thought, Coffee machine was excellent though.

Avid in Fort Stockton was way better, fresher and the breakfast person in charge was very helpful.

Clean and modern looking room and setting. Nice and quiet. Very helpful front desk staff. Will definitely recommend and I will most definitely be staying there again.

Okay think of it this way: Take all the tired old things you dislike about 3 star hotel stays. Then add some fancy weird strange color plastic string art in the foyer and a slightly modern vibe on the walkup. Voila! You now have an Avid hotel. What is Avid supposed to define here? I'll never know.

Clean room with a comfortable bed.

Bed and pillows smell so bad and the breakfast was trouble out of knits for 3 days and the juice was watery also not thing to eat

The property looked clean but my first room was infested with ants and the second room they gave me had a smell. The air conditioner leaked all night and barely worked.

The staff was very nice and the room was clean. The facility was maintain well and breakfast was great. I will stay here again overall an excellent experience, no complaints

I got exactly what I paid for and was happy for the most part. Two blaring problems - Google Maps says the site offers self-serve laundry but they do not. This ruined a day of plans since I needed to figure out how to get clean clothes... and no one from the desk ever followed up on my request for more information/clarity. Second was the bath towel in the room had two very big stains... got in late during checkin and didn't realize it until after I got out of the shower.
