Extended Stay America Suites Austin Round Rock South

I like the price point and the staff member at check in was very nice. Elevators were not working so I had to carry all my luggage upstairs. Counter was dirty and there was a bread bag inside one of the cabinets. When it was time to shower, i pulled the shower curtain back and noticed a dry/ hard washcloth hanging at the top of the shower curtain.

Location and staff was very friendly. It was not a dirty smell but just stale smell. We bought some fabreez and it helped with the smell. Maybe just a few upgrades but other than that it was good.

Everything was perfect even the process to extend my stay. My only complaint wqs the elevator was down. The hotel has no control over this and I needed the exercise anyway.

The location It was dirty and it smelled like sweat. The sheets were not clean. The receptionist charged me twice even after I told her that I had already paid with booking and she was very rude and disrespectful telling me that I didn’t pay even after I show her the booking confirmation.

The location is good. The facilities were good. The mattress was not comfortable. Breakfast options can be improved.

Hotel smells, barley any pillows had more last stay, need better bathrm toiletries, lime body wash, yall need to do better
