Very good place good stafs good breakfast beautiful rooms and good location

Owner and staff were extremely helpful. They helped set up a ballon ride. They showed us our rooms and were very welcoming.

Located in the peaceful town of avanos. Walking distance from a beautiful park by the river and the city center. Hospitality by the staff was exceptional. They are warm and friendly people. The common area sit outs were perfect to wind down with a beer at the end of a long day. The rooms are cozy and clean and more than you need if you’re spending most of the day site seeing. Absolutely nothing. It was too perfect for our kind of trip.

Everything ! It was an amazing stay. Beautiful room, with everything you may need. Extremely friendly staff, always here to help us with our needs. We were lucky to have them. Special mention to the breakfast cook, Hilal, who made a us delicious breakfast each morning with a big smile and christmas playlist. The hotel is situated right next to the village, in a quiet street close from a fresh bakery and nice coffee spots (Lemon's house and piccolo cafe). We definitely recommend this place !

It is a very comfortable boutique hotel, has very clean rooms and lounge zone, friendly personnel. Every morning very delicious turkish breakfast will wait you on the roof of the hotel. I was really surprised by breakfast, it is very reach and tasty. Hotel is situated near center of old Avanos with a lot of restaurants and cafes. it's very warm in the room even in January. Not about the hotel, but for your information. Avanos has two parts which is separated by the river. On the one side you can find old town, restaurant, gift shops and on the other side - food shops, road and short way to Cappadocia. Unfortunately the bridge which connects both parts is under renovation now.

Lovely balcony Nothing

Nice owners, well decorated rooms, good breakfast. Wifi was so bad, literally couldn’t even have a zoom call without video, wifi would cut out every 30 seconds. Loud noises at night - music, dog barking, etc. so it was very hard to have a good night of rest. We stayed at the first floor.

Very kind personal, cleanless, nice rooms and breakfast buffet. I liked everything at this place. Parking just in front. ----

we liked absolutely everything location - beside to the beautiful River embankment near the old town The view from the restaurant is panoramic and you can watch balloons floating in the air every morning breakfasts are a separate issue - everything is individual, exquisite, delicious))) the hotel itself is very authentic, with its own history staff - 100 points for work - everything is always in place, polite, always diligently answering questions, helping with the slightest issue. We recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone!!!

The BEST HOTEL we had in Turkïye !!! Even before to check-in, we wanted to cancel one night of our 5 days reservations to go visit Konya, it was not a problem for Hikmet Hotel. Then we had the privilege to have the best experience, the architecture and decoration is original, link to Kapadokya style, spacious and confortable room & the staff was amazing (from the cleaning ladies, the reception to the owner). For the breakfast, they provide you fresh Gozleme. We had more than what we expected and what we paid, might be better to come by car, because located in Avanos. Really FANTASTIC hotel to recommend

Staff were excellent and helpful, the place was simple and casual, the breakfast was very nice, with some choices. WiFi was extremely bad, very weak WiFi signal, and very slow. Lightning in the bathroom needs improvement.

A beautiful place in Avanos extremely well located, wlking distance from historical center, 1 min walk from supermarket and restaurantsbut above all, amazing hosts, extremely kind and helpful. We loved staying at Hikmet's House and really felt at home. The veranda is beautiful and perfect to enjoy a quiet nap or tea, and the breakfast room on the top floor offers a beautiful view on all the surroundings. We highly recommend this place! there is nothing not to like!
