It’s really clean. The host is pretty nice and polite. WiFi is good There was SO COLD inside the room and no hot water in the bathroom. I felt like in a fridge. The location is not so good if you come for activities. Balloon flights, hiking in valleys etc are in goreme (next village). Avanos is for locals, no cafes, good shops, booking tour agencies, etc
