Staff doesn’t speak English and did not want to help

Room was not clean very well, to include bathroom. Carpet was not cleaned or vacuum and bathroom floor not cleaned. Room had a stuffy odor.

The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Parking was great. Barbara at the front desk was excellent very helpful and knowledgeable a good employee and Kirsten The general manager was very helpful and understanding the whole staff at the front desk is very courtesy, helpful and knowledgeable felt like family. They always look out for their customers. Thanks to Barbara and Kirsten this was my second time staying there at the Fairfield I will always look to stay at the Fairfield when in the area again thank you JOHN

The hotel is very outdated. The free breakfast is very subpar. We chose this hotel mainly because it had free breakfast. After day 1 we couldn’t eat it. Everything was as so bland. Would not recommend. The TVs in the rooms are so old! The key cards kept failing even when they weren’t next to cellphones. Definitely not coming back

Clean but minimal room. Easy for a quick over night. Staff was very friendly.

Breakfast

The room was ok. it was a 3 night stay with 5 people and we had 3 towels in our room. no blanket or sheets for the sofa bed. the mattress for the sofa bed was old, and thin as a paper. the lobby smelled so strong of like air freshener every single day, it gave me and my children headaches. we tried to just do a fast dry of our towels and the dryer needed a whole 2 dollars in quarters for a 30 minute dry. and only now was available because the other one was broken down. when I went to ask for more towels there was 3 other people from 3 separate rooms also asking for towels. the front desk stated he would have to do laundry to provide them, but we saw him going into empty rooms to get more. that happened every night we were there, people asking for towels. the breakfast was subpar, flat round eggs, my kids tried to get cereal and the milk tasted sour, I didn't eat my kids didn't eat only my husband tried to eat and only that first morning, the other mornings we went out to eat.

Breakfast was not good! Location- it overlooks a junk yard!!!! Hide the junk yard! My tv didn’t work! And they did nothing for us!

I very rarely leave reviews but this property was very underwhelming. The room was very dark but you could still see stains everywhere. Some staff members were helpful but others were not. It seemed like they were understaffed so that may have been an issue. There is no pool even though that was advertised on Hotels.com. The ice machines were all broken as was one set of the washer/dryers in the laundry facilities. Overall this hotel needs better maintenance and more staff. I would not recommend.
