Very nice staying

The staff is great and always helpful to your needs. I wish that the restaurants were open longer. The rooms are clean. this is my second time staying here. I will be back.

El valet parking cuesta $45 al día. Sin embargo, el mismo personal del Valet hace el rol de botones y porteros, y dejan desatendido el servicio de recepción de vehículos. Nos ocurrió que llegamos una noche y no había nadie recibiendo los carros, porque el único empleado estaba subiendo unas maletas. Para el costo que tiene el servicio, deberían tener mas personal o no ofrecer el servicio y que cada cual estacione su vehículo.

Nice hotel with great amenities. The presidential suite did not disappoint.

Great shuttle to the mall

We had a small issue with our room, but Nicki was super helpful and she literally is the best! She went above and beyond for us and I will definitely come back to this Hilton!

Helpfulness of staff. There was a system issue whuch was a bit of inconvenience but it did not disrupt my stay.

Paying extra for car parking $38 for 1 night is expensive when you are already paying for for room Paying for car park. Chips crumpled into the carpet on the corridora , cleaners on there phones, laundry left in corridor, The smell in the reception was over powering! I had a constant humming noise in my room, annoying!

Cleanliness, room size, comfortable, lounge at the pool, location, and price. Bathroom sink drained slowly, no microwave in the room.

Amazing hotel. My only complaint was that the front desk was not reachable by phone
