The staff was wonderful, and the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. It’s a great place for families and kids to relax, have fun, and spend quality time together. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would highly recommend it to family and friends. The only thing I would have liked to see was a larger variety of seafood options. Other than that, everything was great, and we truly enjoyed our time there.

This place was amazing. Beautiful inside and out. A place you don't wanna get dirty or spill anything on the sheets kinda place. The only thing we did not like about this resort is there was no microwave or refrigerator in the rooms. That was hard. Also if you're coming in from a long flight and are exhausted like we were be careful,whatever you touch in their pre filled fridge you have to pay for and it's expensive!!! Waterpark was a blast!!!

At the Bourbon restaurant, hotel staff aimed to charge me twice for breakfast. Eve though I paid the bill using one of my credit cards, they still added it to the preliminary folio. What a dishonest way of doing business!

We just stayed for one day, but the hotel was amazing. We enjoyed the water park, rooms were big and very clean.

Took forever to check in until 6-6:20 pm and they gave us the wrong room on top of that. Restaurant ran out of pizza. Wait times were exhirbitant. Wont go again.
